My old pair was great so wanted to replace unfortunately the connecting cords only allow 1 side to work unless you almost have it fall out . Quality control is non existent , 4 pairs from 4 different retailers same issues . Something is definitely wrong with the last batch made

Fantastic wired over-the-ear headphones. Bought these for my son's Xbox but I have a pair for myself also. Great sound and very comfortable.

I tried going fancy and getting the wireless ones but i HATED them ! I get so many compliments when playing online!

They were good but remember to get the warrenty with it cause they tend to break almost yearly, I always had to come back and get a new headset that was even worse quality than this one cause they never had the one I need in stock. Save yourself money and get a senheizer headset

It has excellent sound, fit, and quality of the material, but lost a single star for having too short of a cord without having the adaptor connected.

The earphones were fine but the cors was a bit short for me. Configuring the PC for optimum performance was a bit tricky but well worth it.

You can NOT go wrong with steel series. Whatever your budget they have something. The sound on this, their low end nova model is still great and the mic is good.

Love this headset!!! Comfort and stylish plus great tech. Noice cancelling ability is perfect for outside noise while on Zoom call or gaming!

Do not buy these if you plan to use them on a console. I purchased these thinking you could customize the eq but you can’t unless you’re using pc. The stock eq is very lackluster and also, the usb port is finicky.

The volume level for this headset is just to low. I tried to stay cheaper for a headset and you get what you pay for. Upgraded to turtle Beach recon 700.

The quality of the cable is poor. When working, the headset works good. I have gone thru two sets and two cables. The Customer Service from steel series is awful and slow. If your in your 30 day Best Buy period, return them.
