    I purchased these headphones for work. They stopped taking a charge. I did the factory reset and are now taking the charge. I hope this does not happen again.

    The gen one came out a while ago and the gen two doesn’t change enough about it to still warrant a $200 price tag. It’s still a great headset, it’s just the same as the gen one with more sound settings on the app.

    I really wanted to like these, but they didn’t meet my expectations. The main reason I bought them was for noise isolation, and unfortunately, they didn’t block outside sound at all. In fact, I could hear more background noise compared to some basic headphones I’ve used before. That was disappointing. I ended up returning them.
