Excellent sound for gaming headphones. Lots of quality of life features are built in and connecting via Bluetooth or USB was simple. Software was definitely better than the Audeze Maxwell's in my opinion, and a lot easier to set up.

Best headset I ever bought. Always having a charger battery to switch to is great. I've never once plugged this headset in to charge in the two years I've had it.

fantastic features and the extra battery always ready to swap out during long gaming sessions is fantastic. And if you are using it with pc. The steelseries gg app adds more customizable options to the heaadset.

Great headset, was a little skeptical buying with the price of it but extremely happy with it. Has a lot of settings in the software to get the sound just right and very comfortable.

so I've been a steel series fan for a while now and I gotta say, these are crystal clear with sound. I love them and highly recommend for any kind of game whether it's a shooter, racing, or action RPG. these are top notch for the price!

I absolutely love Steelseries. Their headaets are the best in my opinion. They sound awesome and are very durable. A little on the pricey side but if you take care of them, they will last a long time. My son just got his first pair and he loves them.

The headset is overall an improvement from the previous iteration. The inclusion of noise cancelling is great, and a welcome addition, however it seems like it might have been a mandatory one with as much background noise this headset seems to have with or without the mic feedback enabled. It is especially noticeable when connected to Bluetooth devices, where an audible hum and crackle can be heard at all times when no audio is actively playing. Annoying, but not something that I can say would write off the entire experience. Overall I’d say it is a solid headset with pretty excellent audio quality for PC.

They could definitely be better as of late I have been experiencing multiple connection issues but nonetheless they sound great and having the ability to hot swap batteries is a time and life saver

These replaced my Arctis Pro Wireless headset. They feel good on the head when wearing them. Battery life feels really good on the unit too. The active noise canceling is taking me a bit to get used to. If there is no sound while wearing the headphones, the pressure feels uncomfortable sometimes. This isnt a deal breaker tho imo. My biggest gripe/concern is no way to turn off the display while the pc is on so there is no OLED burn in. Maybe its fixed? Time will tell. I will say if i hadn't broke my old ones, or if there was a competitive version with swappable batteries that interfaced with my goxlr, i woul consider them if priced better.

I tried the Logitech A50X first, was very unhappy, returned them and tried the Nova Pros, which I was happier with than the A50X, but nowhere near enough to be worth $300. Sound quality was excellent as expected. Microphone quality was passable but very subpar for the price point. Form factor is much better than the A50s, the base station with swappable battery superior to the dock. I strongly prefer flip to mute mics, but was fine with settling for retractable with the bright red mute LED indicator. Where these really failed were 2 places: 1) The ear cups. They claim to be over-the-ear, but they just aren't. I have small to average size ears and these are on-the-ear. I wear glasses and they press my ears in to the arms of my glasses, tell tale sign that they are not truly over the ear. The material of the ear cups, some kind of soft leatherette, is appealing to the eyes, but get hot and uncomfortable very quickly when pressing against your ears. After wearing them for a few hours then putting my old headset on, I instinctively went "Ahhhhhhh" with a sigh of relief having my old headset on in comparison. 2) They crackle, even when no audio is playing. Not everyone, but you will see tons of posts about this if you search. There are so many different causes, fixes, solutions, and plenty that never fix it. I saw one person even resorted to turning the 2.4ghz band on their WiFi router off to resolve. That's insane. I'm not spending a month trying to troubleshoot a $300 headset. I am returning these and going back to my old Logitech G533's. I will see what the next generation of top tier gaming headsets bring.

I love these headphones. The sound is good. The mic is pretty clear. And having a second battery charging is amazing. Never have to plug in your headphones!

I love this headset. I have owned many from steelseries and these are great! The swappable batteries mean I have NEVER had to charge the headset while using it. However, after about 2 years of use, the ear muff cups are starting to degrade. Thankfully they sell replacement covers! I have recommended these to many colleagues

Most of my complaints are software related. The headset itself is amazing and sound quality is as expected of steelseries. That being said their software is not intuitive at all, requiring me to look how to set things multiple times. There's seven, SEVEN, different channels to setup and arrange. My brain feels like it's sorting spaghetti. And the fact you can't mute or turn off the back buttons beep. This beep is the single most annoying thing about this headset. It's not quiet or subtle at all, imagine being flashbanged in a dark room, but with sound. If I want to do anything with settings I just take the headset off.

Love them. have had no issues. And the sound quality is incredible. Directional hearing for FPS games is awesome.
