Good sound, great connectivity options. Base unit is nice, but not the biggest fan of the sonar software

Worth the cost, 2 year protection plan was half the cost for this version vs the other 2 for Xbox and PS. Notice canceling is really good, easy to set up the EQ. Bluetooth + Wireless is awesome! Can game and answer a call or listen to music at the same time. Had the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless and was ready for an upgrade after the hinge broke on the old headphones. Build quality seems stronger on the Nova Pro Wireless. I'm happy with the purchase!

The sound quality is fantastic and I find the headset to be comfortable. However, I can't recommend a $350 headset with constant issues pairing to the transmitter. One of the things promised with this headset is constant use - it should be able to continue running with a quick battery swap. This is not the case - the headset instead gets immediately unpaired with the transmitter, where I THEN spend another 20-30 minutes trying to get it to pair again. Sometimes I have to go to more extreme measures to pair where I uninstall all audio drivers, uninstall and reinstall application, etc just to get them to pair again. I'm not sure if this is only an issue with my headset or if it's possibly a software issue, but I've seen multiple people post online and in the SteelSeries discord with the same issue.

So I am honestly totally disgusted by this product overall. I have been eyeing this headset mainly due to the amazing reviews (LIES in my opinion) and eagerly got it connected up. Mainly for PS5 gaming but also for my PC work as well. <- In terms of PS5 sound... BUY THE SONY HEADSET <- I HONESTLY feel the quality of the sound (yes this one is more comfortable) is quite frankly better on the PS5 headset. <- Also sadly I did not purchase the "protection" when I actually purchased it on 9.13 but only opened the box at the start of October (I was saving the new headset for my new PC)... Then less than a month later and the first "FORCED" firmware update. (In MY CASE my base station became USELESS while displaying the "Firmware update available" message (which forced me to download the software etc etc). <- And then a day later when my base station stopped working I actually HAPPILY thought "Sweet - hopefully I can get my money back!" (I can't and all the manufacturer is willing to do is replace the base station) <- NOTE - I got this while on SPECIAL AND IT IS STILL OVERPRICED! AVOID AVOID AVOID! <- AT LEAST TEST IT WITHIN THE RETURN WINDOW! <- Maybe I got a DUD version in my box however this is NOT worth even HALF the price in my opinion.

Very pricey. Nice headset at first. Seems to have connectivity/ power cycling issues as it ages. Super great for the modular battery though never have down time

So much better than the last version. The noise canceling is amazing and it’s much more comfortable. I hate that they changed the batteries though. So if you are going from the old model to the new one and bought extra batteries, sadly they are no longer useful.

Excellent gaming headset. Easy to use. Comfortable! Some I’ve had in the past were too heavy and made larger for men’s heads. This one is just right. :-)

The audio quality is amazing and the connectivity is flawless

This was a great purchase for my brothers and I, the last pair I bought lasted me 3 years. The only problems I really had a somewhat frequent issue with is that the points on the battery would currode slightly and the heaphones and charger would read it at either 100% charged, or 0% charged.

Bottom line, these are STILL the absolute best wireless gaming headset. Their new Sonar software can make your mic sound like a blue yeti. The only downside I have is the controls location and buttons seem like a downgrade, and the mic sidetone is very quiet. Other than those small gripes, I can confidently say this will last you a minimum of 3-4 years. The previous model I had was still incredible and working great.

This headset is excellent for gaming. The 3D spatial audio is excellent. You will hear footsteps on COD and be ready. I gave it 4/5 due to 2 things: active noise cancellation is not as good as it shoud, and the price is pretty expensive for the headache it causes (not very comfy like Bose QC45 media headset). I wish if they would make it lighter in weight so it won’t cause headache

Great headset can hear everything in pvp games. You will definitely need to download the app to configure settings.

SteelSeries are my favorite brand of Headphones and swappable batteries allows extended gaming for PC or even my PS5 with a simple swap in the settings
