I have owned many different headsets this is by far the best one for me. With all the features and settings you can fine tune makes it a winner in my book.

Old headset needed a replacement, and this was a nice upgrade. So far it's great!

Loved the pro wireless, thought this would be a great upgrade. But was extremely disappointed with it. Dock was glitchy and would reset and lock up often. But the worst part was how uncomfortable it is. Who though putting a big mic in the ear cup was a good idea? After a few hours of gameing my ears ached and the pads make it super sweaty. Returning this and just going back to the pro wireless

Needs better ear cups i have normal ears that dont stick out far but inside the ear cup pieces touch my ear

Love the headphones, the noise cancelling is awesome! No complaints at all. Worth every penny. And the Steel Series GG software is top notch. B)

Easy to hear enemies in cod better sound regulation

Connects to 3 devices at once. Your phone, xbox, and pc. You can hear all of them togather so you can be on a call while playing. Only product that does this.

The product arrived new and operates as expected, except for one problem - the volume wheel on the base station usually does whatever it wants to.

Horrible price point for what you’re getting. The sound was very sloppy and muddy from average listening. The headset was very comfortable, the little deck you get is great, and the unboxing experience was pleasant, it just didn’t sound good to me. Would definitely recommend Logitechs using 7.1 dolby over this any day of the week.

These things are amazing. Sound is awesome and it is so easy to switch from my PS5 to the PC.

Terrible sound, a 50 dollar headset was better, steel series. I couldn’t believe it. All that money for absolutely nothing special in terms of high quality sound. Muffled and unreadable. Traps your ears in a cave while pretending high quality sound may is exist. Fought my RTX 5070 to the upmost peak sound and it’s absolutely trash. Not sorry, take it off the self. This is for gamers who don’t know any better.

Great quality, and amazing performance! Only gripe is that the noise canceling bud in the cup can make it uncomfortable on occasion.
