I've had the Arctis Pro Wireless for years, so when this came out I knew I needed it, I'm not disappointed.

The range is good but only one way. The microphone will distort you if you're next room but you can hear perfectly Sometimes the audio will increasingly turn robotic until you restart the headset, it happens more often when battery is low but it will also happen when its fully charged and no obstructions between the headset and the dock

This headset might be pricy but it does everythjng i need it to do. Connects to two devices with out the worring about having to unug and replug to multiple devices. Sounds quiality is a 9/10. Mic is nice and clear. Can also connect via Bluetooth to your mobile device which allows you to receive and answer phone calls while gaming. Even though it has a solid headband i have not noticed any neck discomfort while gaming for hours. Highly recommended if its within your budget. Will definately last you for years to come.

I love the headphones. Being that i use to work at best buy i love the fact that when i cant find something at one store i can find it at another store that is relatively close by. Best buy my be lacking in personal attention if you dont know what you looking for but if you are anything like me and you do your own research and get up and go get it. its a great place to shop...

Sound is great, super comfortable. No complaints at all.

Very easy to set up and the sound quality is unmatched. Plus you get two batteries when you buy this. Totally worth the purchase.

The device quality is unmatched. Features that come with this product makes it worth the price as it has active noise cancelation, even thought its not insanely the best (noise from my phone can still be audible, AC noise is gone) as well as transparency. The down side is that High Res is not a feature on the wireless version as you would need sonar to trouble 96khz and only applies to the game mix. If someone knows how to fix this please let me know.

I bought this for the PS5 and i can say that this comes close, if not better, than the Astro A50s quality in terms of sound and differentiation of sounds while in game. People think i have walls havks because i can track them through walls just based off of the sounds. It does however suck that we pay for half product due to the fact that the sonar program doesnt work for consoles so BUYER BEWARE, but nonetheless under the custom eq setting when set right,you can still do as much good without it.

They are ok I don’t think they are worth the price could be louder excellent battery life

Headset is amazing, Huge improvement from Sony platinum I have used mine for about 40 hours so far, it’s very comfortable and well designed.

Ive been using steel series since 2020 and let me tell you this has to be by far the best head set ive owned. You wont unlock full capabilities unless you download the steel series cg app from their website. In there the sonar tab will give you full adjustability for everything its a game changer. Noise cancellation works great i can’t even tell how loud i am when im talking

It doesn't get any better than this for gaming. The Active Noise Cancelling is decent. Not the best, not exactly the Bose Ultra blah blah, but this is gaming headset offers great quality sound and you can definitely hear everything crisply with an immense sense of direction.

The fidelity is amazing , and feels great when you have it. I’m still learning of how to use it, I’m trying to get for bass or surround. But the sounds fidelity is increible.

I really love the headset. Overall the customization options are amazing, the sound quality is great, its really comfortable, and is really good at cancelling noise. Only thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes, even sitting close by, the headset may start to lose connection and the audio will crackle or the headset makes a series of beeps in the middle of something. Otherwise, I think it is well worth it.
