My kid love them and charging is a great set up never have to wait for them to charge just switch batteries and play and the batteries last forever

Everything about this headset is fantastic other than 1 major flaw that I got in 2 different units. The swappable batteries will not charge in the charging station. They just get pushed out after a couple minutes. I love everything about this headset other than this flaw. It's the most comfortable and best sounding headset I've ever used so it's unfortunate one of the main selling points is unusable

Its a solid headset able to utilize 20+ hours of battery life within a single battery, in total there is over 40 hours of battery life. The headset is capable of a range in excess of 60 feet, through walls and keep its crisp connection.

This was a great purchase for my brothers and I, the last pair I bought lasted me 3 years. The only problems I really had a somewhat frequent issue with is that the points on the battery would currode slightly and the heaphones and charger would read it at either 100% charged, or 0% charged.

Very pricey. Nice headset at first. Seems to have connectivity/ power cycling issues as it ages. Super great for the modular battery though never have down time

So I am honestly totally disgusted by this product overall. I have been eyeing this headset mainly due to the amazing reviews (LIES in my opinion) and eagerly got it connected up. Mainly for PS5 gaming but also for my PC work as well. <- In terms of PS5 sound... BUY THE SONY HEADSET <- I HONESTLY feel the quality of the sound (yes this one is more comfortable) is quite frankly better on the PS5 headset. <- Also sadly I did not purchase the "protection" when I actually purchased it on 9.13 but only opened the box at the start of October (I was saving the new headset for my new PC)... Then less than a month later and the first "FORCED" firmware update. (In MY CASE my base station became USELESS while displaying the "Firmware update available" message (which forced me to download the software etc etc). <- And then a day later when my base station stopped working I actually HAPPILY thought "Sweet - hopefully I can get my money back!" (I can't and all the manufacturer is willing to do is replace the base station) <- NOTE - I got this while on SPECIAL AND IT IS STILL OVERPRICED! AVOID AVOID AVOID! <- AT LEAST TEST IT WITHIN THE RETURN WINDOW! <- Maybe I got a DUD version in my box however this is NOT worth even HALF the price in my opinion.

I left my pair of these in an Uber when visiting Chicago. The minute my flight landed I went to BestBuy and dropped another $375 for another pair. They are that good. I replaced the ear cushions to avoid some of the ANC poking my ear, but other than that everything is great. I do wish I could get PS5 lobby audio however.

Really good sound quality very good mic and it feels very nice premium

I had a artis pro headset for years and it broke so I replaced it with a set of astro A50’s which were soild and met my needs for nearly 2 years before I decided to go back to ol faithful the bluethooth while gaming feature is trutly unmatched and the sound quality is really good to go with it love it and recommend it

Upgrade from the Ps headset and this thing rock. Love the customizable option you get with this headset.

Excellent gaming headset. Easy to use. Comfortable! Some I’ve had in the past were too heavy and made larger for men’s heads. This one is just right. :-)

Best headset ever owned-quantity is excellent for hearing

I reallyyyyy loved how this look and the sound is amazing! My absolute fave was the noise canceling and being able to connect your Bluetooth device at the same time. I just didn't like how it is was a little too heavy for me. It would always give me a headache. I tested this out for a week before exchanging it, hoping it was just me and not the headset but it's def the headset. But it's gonna be different for everyone. Also, these tend to slide down a lottttt, which was super annoying. But that's the only problem I had with it. If I didn't have any of those problems, I would've fs kept them but sadly I ended up exchanging them for the astro a50x

Can handle a bluetooth and base station wireless connection simultaneously without issue, the drivers are accurate and the inbuilt mixer for games/chat works wonders to regulate your audio whether at your desk or somewhere else in it's surprisingly large wireless range.

Great product, crystal clear audio and mic. Only downfall was syncing between devices is a bit sluggish.

After i got then awt up they were great i went from the wired to the wireless make sure you download the app before you hook these up. As well as activate the sonar and adjust from there it took me like 3 to 4 days to finally get them to working like i needed thwm to bust sen

Amazing headset! Steelseries and the GG software go extremely well together, No issues what so ever and the swappable batteries makes life so much easier!

Forget about the bad reviews, I really was a little upset because I had no audio outcoming from the wireless part until I saw the repairing part that Matt explained over☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️ this comment and after that. The AUDIO on this headset are a MELODY and if you don't like the EAR CUSHIONS that comes with this because they feel warm overtime, get the Breathable "Arctis Ear Cushion - Airweave" for $8.99
