genuinely disappointed in SS for this one, there's no bass. none. i messed with the EQ and followed a lot of instruction from online, i simply cannot get any thump out of this. i have an older pair of the Arctis 7+'s and those have not real thumpy bass but it's at least enough to not ruin music

I actually would've liked to have kept these but as well as they performed on PC, on PS5 a quality experience was too hit or miss. Maybe it was 2.4 GHz channel interference but I've had other headphones work fine in my environment. I didn't bother with bluetooth connection, just want to plug & play so to speak. This would've been a 5 star rating if PS5 performance was consistent.

Eveeything about it is great. Genius battery charging/swap design.

I love the features on this headset. However, the sound us a little weird if you do not fiddle with the EQ settings for hours. I will find a setting that works for a certain game, but is awful for watching videos. So the switching between EQ profiles in a little annoying.

This is a very good headset, I've used the Astro A50's and a couple hyperx headsets, but the volume quality is amazing and emersive Nd the build quality is sturdy. One problem I have with the headset is the plastic piece that pertrudes out from the inside part of the headphones. There is a chunky piece of plastic that rubs onto my ears making it hard to wear for long gaming sessions. Its still gets a 5 star from me because of the build quality and sound quality. This issue can be resovled by having add-on ear cup pads that extend out a bit more or having a bit more thickness to it to make the plastic non-existent and make the headset Top-tier.

had the headset for about a month and a half it no longer connects to the base station via Bluetooth and the power button doesn't turn off the headset. The features are good the software you download is good but the quality for the price isn't worth it. Definitely get warranty on this product cause it won't last long. It looks like its a common problem among other models as well. would not purchase this headset again sadly.

Steel series is the best brand for headsets. Love my dearly. Just dislike the idea of being nuked in the brain with bluetooth frequencies lol whoops

WERE OBSESSED WITH THIS HEADSET. Super customizable and compatible with many consoles. It comes with a spare battery which is super cool and has unbeatable binaural surround sound. Theee best so far!!!

To be quite honest way overpriced. Purchased these with high hopes and at the price point i expected perfection. The earcups get SO HOT and even with replacement ones still doesnt do the trick. The sound was great but not so great for long periods of time.
