Excellent sound quality, very comfortable, and great for gaming across multiple platforms. Battery system is a big plus!

Came from a set of astro A40s on pc with the mix amp and tried A50s as a wireless upgrade. Was not happy with those and returned them for these. These work great and are comfortable and lighter than the A50s. The chat/game mix is a physical deck like mix amp like the astros and it couldn't be easier to operate. The price is higher, but shop around for deals and price match if available. It's nice having the pre made EQ settings on the app as well. Sounds great.

I had to swap out my first pair due to numerous audio glitches, freezing, and mic volume issues. The second set was better but even after updating the software the mic volume is broken. Unplugging the reconnecting every time the ps5 came out of sleep mode was the only fix. This is annoying, and unacceptable for the price. The numerous audio glitches also hurt this for the price. When it works, its amazing, though the earcups do run hot and im not one who suffers from sweaty ears, but these were pretty hot compared to most. I love the sound quality and the battery life is awesome. But the noise cancelling is weak, which is one of the main reasons to get this over the arctis pro. If they can refine the performance for ps5, they have a winner. But right now, 350 is WAY too much to have to deal with the constant issues. And both of the sets i purchased have the same problems. Steelseries customer support was zero help. I dont thing they've acknowledged these issues exist. If you buy these, i really hope they work for you. I was so disappointed they didnt work for me.

Lightest softest and best sounding headset ive ever owned. The hot swap batteries are amazing. Will probably stick with steelseries for a long time!

Best headset hands down, charging time is extremely fast and they last for so long. Very comfortable and the sound quality it’s phenomenal. I highly recommend. You definitely pay for what you get.

Decent headset overall. I’d say a bit too expensive for the quality, but it feels good and is comfortable. Sound and mic are very good. It has slight connectivity problems as it gets older, mine started after a year. I’d recommend if it was on sale, but don’t go for full price.

I got two of the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headsets — one for me and one for my husband — and honestly, they’re worth every bit of the hype (and price). We both game a lot, and the sound quality is next-level. You can hear every little detail — footsteps, background music, dialogue — it’s crystal clear and super immersive. The comfort is amazing, too. We can wear them for hours without any ear pain or pressure. The build feels premium, and I love that the design looks sleek instead of bulky like some other gaming headsets. The dual wireless system is a game-changer — switching between PC, PlayStation, or even the Switch is instant. And the swappable batteries? Genius. No waiting for it to charge — just pop in the backup and keep playing. I also really like the noise-canceling feature; it blocks out background noise perfectly, especially when we’re both gaming or watching something at the same time. All in all, these headsets are hands down the best we’ve owned. If you’re looking for top-tier sound, comfort, and performance — get it. You’ll end up buying a second one like we did!

mostly quite good! love having 2 batteries that can be swapped between. audio is great (i dont have the greatest ear for this sort of thing, but to me its perfectly good), though it needs to be fiddled with in sonar for some purposes. main drawback is that the mic sucks. it needs to be pretty close to your mouth, too, both of which were not issues with my razer kraken kitty edition. i made the mic less nasally in sonar, but its still suboptimal. for such an expensive headset, it should have a better mic than the $150 headset i had previously. im also not very happy about needing to fiddle with the audio to make the audio and mic better; i feel like they should be good by default considering its like $380 retail price. overall, good headset, lots of quality of life features. but im old fashioned and i dont like having to alter settings via software to make its performance optimal (and even with fiddling, the mic is worse than the razer headset mic i had before). the retail price is super inflated tho. i got mine on sale, and im still a little peeved about 300 bucks for this. its also a little tight around the head and gives me a headache after a while. my head is pretty average too, so folks with a larger cranium, beware. id give it 3.5 stars but i dont have the option for half stars.

These headphones are exactly the upgrade I needed. I’ve been using the arctis pro wireless for the last 5 years or so and was in desperate need of an upgrade and these definitely hit the spot for that need. The sound quality is immaculate. The only complaint I have is the sonar feature, though that may be a software issue with the software that implements the sonar technology. On another note, I could wear these headphone for hours as they are super comfortable and fairly lightweight despite all of the metal contained within them.

Great headset. Tons of premium features that warrants the higher price tag, such as in-depth EQ customization as well tons of presets. The perpetual battery system is also just something you don't see being done often, and completely negates the one problem everyone runs into with wireless headsets: charging. Mic quality is mediocre at best but I use a dedicated mic, and the one attached retracts in so no issues there either.

I absolutely love my new Steelseries arctis pro wireless headphones. They sound amazing. Set up was simple. Battery life is terrific

The quality is very good and these are comfortable- the batteries also last a long time and I’m told I sound clear. The only reason I dock one star is that the battery can accidentally be put in the charger backwards and then it gets stuck -and becomes very tricky to unstick (be careful not to damage the battery and start a fire). This is easy to do if you are quickly trying to change batteries in the middle of combat and is really a bad design issue.

I've always had problems finding a decent headset regardless of the price. From the cheapest to the most expensive, its been a chore. These headphones however have been my grace from that pain. The audio quality is superb and the quick charger battery swap should be an industry standard now after experiencing it. The mic quality is a bit low but honestly its not bad; an 7/10 mic. I haven't came across any problems whatsoever with any ofthe programs or anything and Im very happy with my purchase. It did hurt the wallet a little though lol

I have always been a fan of the HyperX headsets, but when i saw reviews online about this headset, i had to bite the bullet and pay the sticker price of it in hopes it was great. Boy, was i AMAZED! This headset has everything and more! The retractable mic, the fact it comes with 2 batteries that charge while you play, the steelseries engine app is easy to use and navigate. The comfortability is UNMATCHED! And this headset can connect to your phone AND pc or whatever your using at the same time! This headset it S+ tier. You wont regret this purchase

These are by far the best headphones a gamer would dream to have . These resolve most gamer problems like mostly recharging during the middle of a game and the ability to have an Noice cancelation multiple speakers.Very comfortable and a wonderful variety of EQ options . strictly the beat
