Sound is great. I had the Astro A50 Gen 2 for PS4 and they worked great for many years. However, eventually they started to break and then when I purchased the PS5 the sound was not that good anymore due to no optical port. I purchased A40s without the DAC for cheap and made due for a while plugging into the PS5 controller. Waiting for the manufacturers to come out with next gen headsets. I purchased the Nova Pros July 22 and will be returning them August 3. Problem is the lack of comfort due to the earpads. The active noise cancelling (ANC) bump is large and the padding thickness of the earpads is not sufficient. In addition, the leatherette material does make your ears sweat and get uncomfortable after 20 minutes of use. I have watched several videos online to make them more comfortable with the adjustments and they just do not work for me.

These headphones have max comfortability, the sound is excellent, the control device is next level, and the sonar is a game changer! 10/10

I bought this headset about a year and a half ago. The sound quality is great, but I’ve had nothing but issues since I bought it. At first, only one of the batteries was good. The second battery would not charge. Steelseries sent me a code to get two new batteries which resolved this (even thought they were on backorder for a month or two.) I was playing rainbow six siege, and the headset would randomly reverse the sounds (footsteps on the left were really on the right and vice versa.) this issue still randomly persists. I just bought battlefield 6 and almost every game the sound cuts out completely. It resolves once I unplug the usb c from the headset volume mixer and plug it back in. With the issues, I’m not sure that I would be able to recommend this.

These headphones are built great, have a lot of good features, and sound fantastic. My major gripe, and why I couldn’t give it 5stars, is because the low battery notification on the headset begins at 30%, and chimes every 30 seconds until you change out the battery, effectively slashing their battery life by 30%. The chime is so persistent and distracting that these basically cannot be used when below 30%. And SteelSeries support confirms the low battery chime cannot be turned off. Pretty unacceptable considering how much they tout the battery life.

These headphones are great the only complaint I have is their ANC is terrible if you want an immersive headset that makes all outside noise disappear these are not it

There is a reason this is rated so highly by everyone out there. It is a wonderful headset with a lot of great features. The build quality feels solid, and the sound quality is top notch. The only complexity is making sure you have your windows settings for bluetooth set so that one app can’t take complete control of the device. This is if, say, you use Discord and Spotify at the same time.

The best ones out there and they work as wall hacks because you can hear them coming to you

Nearly sound proof and very comfortable. Prices are getting very expensive but i guess you get what you pay for.

Very good headset. The ANC works pretty good the audio quality is great i play COD and Some fortnite and the customizable options for FPS on cod and fortnite is cery helpful snd clear

The headset is amazing. Sound is great, all the customization and eq are great. Its also Super comfortable. the only issue I have is with the connection quality. after about using the headset for an hour or so any audio started to get very robotic and choppy. The only way to fix this issue was to power the headset off and on. If they could fix this issue It would be a 5 star for sure. If you are thinking about picking up this headset I would recommend the wired version

Absolutely amazing once you figure out how to use sonar! Would absolutely recommend. Is a little pricy though.

Like the battery life and noise-cancellation on it alot better than my old headsets in the past.

Ive been thru a lot of headsets from $50 to now these wont name the other brands but so far ive liked these the most. It comes in handy being able to answer my phone without touching the phone itself and being able to hear the game plus the phone call is an added bonus. Also being able to swap the batteries and continue gaming is a nice feature. Ive only ever had to plug in my headset to update it. Id recommend this headset over all the others ive used. Thank you steelseries for making a superb headset.

Comfortable even if theyre a touch small for my head. Hotswappable batteries should be a requirement for wireless headphones. Once you get these you wont go to any other option.
