So I bought this headset as my be all end all and its great but if your just using if for console gaming I think cheaper options will do the job, because to get the most out of the headset you need a pc to download the eqs from the software

I got these to replace some Astros that a friend swore by. Those were probably the worst headset I had ever worn. The headrest on this is comfortable and the ear muffs fit perfecting. The app is pretty intuitive and a nice to have.

This headset is truly a step up from the Arctis Pro that I had previously. I love the portability of the headset and the ease of use. I definitely recommend this headset for all professionals and gamers alike. I use it mostly for work, conference calls, and Teams calls.

Price on this is too high, but is decent on a good sale. However, the durability of this headset is questionable. If you don't need the audio pass-through function (which few other headsets seem to have), I would look at other brands.

Sounds pretty good, ANC is there but mediocre for sure, not top tier quality cancelling; and the little stupid nubs in the ear cup make my ears hurt for a while after only an hour of gaming. Is uncomfortable immediately upon putting them on and unusable.

best parts is the dual in-puts and the dual batteries. other than that they are not worth the money. Sound quality is alright at best. if you have a lot of hair or a big head these will not fit very well. over all the head set just feels cheap. everything on the head seat is plastic. for some reason the volume knob got to me. its hollow and doesn't feel right. switching from RF to Bluetooth sucks especial when the system tries to do it automatic. you can't navigate the menu system from the headphones.

Definitely needs work. For 350 it’s lacking. I own a lot of headsets and this one doesn’t wow me. Honestly for half the price nova 7 are way better. Razer black shark v2 pros are way better. Overall not great

When I first opened the package, the headset wasn't paired with the base station. After countless resets and pulling the battery, I finally found that the headset has a reset button under the padding on the right earcup. Pressing that helped me finally pair it, but every couple of days it stills stops pairing for some unknown reason and I have to do the whole thing over again. Will probably return the headset

    Overpriced garbage

They are absolute garbage. Sound quality is ok at best, Mic monitor is awful. After a while the microphone just fell apart. Never slammed these headphones or any kind of abuse. So I contact SteelSeries and they pretty much tell me they cant do anything, they dont even offer repair or replacement parts for these almost $400 headphones. Save your money and buy a cheaper headset because these are garbage and not worth anywhere near $350

These have some amazing features and those are well worth the price but these have to be the most uncomfortable headphones I have EVER worn. Whoever decided that it was a good idea to have ANC modules protruding out of the headphone drivers into your ear should be fired. I cant wear these for longer than 15 minutes before they become to painful to wear any longer. This has been the only headphone/headset I have ever experienced this on, from the G Pro X headsets, Blackshark headsets, sennhesier headphones, beyer dynamic headphones... Steelseries needs to go back to the drawing board on these. Avoid them at all costs.

The headset is a big step down to the artics pro wireless ive had mine for over a year and to this day there my favorite headset even with alot of the issues that headset has. But the nova pro is prob one of the most uncomfortable headset ive wore to date the mics they put in the ear are just so awful it makes it hard to wear i didnt even game on these they where giving me a headache that fast. The real downside to this headset which seal the deal for was the sidetone was awful i have to have side tone or the headset just wont work for me overall for the asking price of 370 include tax this headset is worthless
