I love nearly everything about these headphones. They offer features not found anywhere else in gaming headphones. You want to listen to your TV AND your game at the same time? The Arctis Nova Pro wireless can do that. Want to control the volume of discord separately from your game using JUST the buttons on the headphones? They can do that too. These headphones can literally do it all and then some, and sound great while doing it. My only complaint is how much plastic they used in the construction. For the price you would think they would use a higher grade material like aluminum, but I'm assuming they opted for plastic instead in the name of lightness. That said they succeeded in making very comfy gaming headphones. The fact that they're a little cheaper feeling than I'd like, is a very small negative in a sea of positives. I've tried a whole bunch of gaming headphones at similar price points and these are definitely the best.

I loved my Arctis Pro Wireless, and have been using them for several years. The right ear piece was starting to go out and was so happy to see a new upgraded version was released. These are nice because they have a better transparency/noise cancellation mode which the previous model did not. It it is also nice to have dual USB inputs so I can hook up my entire audio system without an issue. Overall Great Upgrade and Very Comfortable. Cons - Battery's are smaller in size and don't seem to sit into the headset or base station with as much ease as the previous model. I used to be able to do it without looking now I seem to have to pull them off to change the battery. Might just take practice but just a small dislike

Ive wanted this headseat for along time based off of previous customer reviews. The sound quality is phenomenal and creating custom presets for different games is extremely user friendly. Additionally, with it being wireless and having an extra battery it makes it nearly impossible to ever have a dead headset.

Easily the best pair of computer/gaming headphones I've ever owned. It's very comfortable and easy to use. Having a spare battery constantly charging is a game changer! The only real issue I've found is that the base does not turn off when I shut down my PC. Though, this can possibly be fixed by disabling USB power when the computer is off in the BIOS settings.

Great sound, with a lot of flexibility with the software. The mic is also pretty solid. The switcher just adds to the premium of the item in total. Only downside is it’s alittle hard to remove the panel to replace the re chargeable battery ,but that could be fixed if I grew out my nails more.

This headset is the best I’ve used so far from Sound Quality to Battery Life everything is so good the only issue I have had is when connected to my phone via Bluetooth there is a very subtle sound that I hear after pausing a video but it only makes the sound for about a second hopefully they can release a update to fix that. Everything else is Perfect I will definitely be keeping this headset for some years

The headphones cushions are so good I can stay playing or working for hours. The GG software even without the headphones was worth using and the swappable batteries are going to be sorely missed if i ever move on to other headphones.

These headphones give amazing sound quality. Very good directional sound with customizable equalizer for each game you play. So much easier to hear. These headphone don’t make me feel like I’m deaf like the arctis pros do. Con: mic quality doesn’t sound as good as the Arctis pros per what my friends say in discord. Sonar has to be active to use game/chat channel on the DAC. Sorry to all those that love any other spatial sound ap you will lose the ability to switch between channels. Despite these cons the sound quality makes up for it.

I really tried to like these and gave them plenty of use time before deciding to return them for something else that is sold at this store that turned out to be so much better. Audio quality (My only reason for return): The best way to describe the audio quality on these is that these produce sound as if it's coming through a doorway on each side of your head. It's narrow. It does NOT produce a wide soundstage around you, no matter how much I messed with the EQ on these; it always sounded under-bass and over treble to the point that it actually hurt my ear-drums. The audio quality itself is great and clear, but there is absolutely no immersion or soundstage. EQ could not remedy this problem no matter how I tried to EQ it. It just sounds too narrow and underpowered, which is what I suspect can be attributed to the 40mm drivers when most competition now uses 50mm+. I'd say these would be better more music listening than for immersive gaming. The earcups are too shallow/small to be comfortable for me. My ears would hit the inside hard plastic no matter what placement I had. This is a minor issue. The build quality is great, I really liked how solid these felt. Overall, for gaming, I don't recommend these. Try them, try others, you'll hear what I'm talking about. (compared to turtle beach or razer)

Having had to swap through two pairs of these headphones and using the old Arctis Pro Wireless I can say Steelseries dropped the ball with this one. After setting everything up with their GG software and updating firmware plus setting up Sonar I can say the ANC is unusable. Once you turn it on it just makes a repetitive thudding sound and only stops when tapping the headset. Others on the official discord note the same issue. Avoid these if thats what you want. Otherwise great sound quality and comfort.

Better construction, longer lasting battery life, and improve audio make this a clear choice in the wireless gaming headset category. I highly recommend picking up some Wicked Cushion Earpads with the cooling gel for an even better feel
