    Broke after 11 Months

Audio has completely stopped coming out of the right side of the headphones. I paid 377$ For this junk and it didn't even last a year, that's pathetic. Software is trash too, constantly stops working, and forces headphone volume to 100 in windows for some reason the anc nubs dig into your ear, and the noise canceling sucks big time. Dont buy headphones from "Gaming" companies, buy a pair of seinheiser's or sony's or something.

    WORST EXPERIENCE

DO NOT BUY. I wish I could give this a -5 stars rating. My gamedac (base station) is not properly working. The knob that spins to change volume and adjust chat audio vs game audio is always trying to go to max when you try to lower the volume. Reached out to warranty they said they won’t give me a replacement since warranty has expired and it’s only for a couple of days. Worst experience ever with a gaming brand. Don’t ever buy steelseries.

Do not buy this headset. The noise canceling speaker in the ear cuff pushes on your ear. I loved the Arctis pro wireless. So I figured the upgrade should be better right? Well they are in every way BUT the design has a major flaw. The noise canceling speaker in the ear cuff pushes on top part of your ear. I tried adjusting them but could never find a comfortable position.

Sound was alright, not $350 value but I guess better than average. The main issue was discomfort, after wearing them for a few hours, I got a huge migraine and felt pressure in my temples.

Good sound quality but ear cups were way too small for my ears, if they were bigger I would have loved these headphones

Horrible. Wish I could get my money back. They will work for a few weeks then they disconnect and I have to switch ports on my pc and do all kinds of crap to get it working again. Not worth the trouble at all. If I could get a refund I would.

Less than a month old and regularly has crackling audio. Unfortunately started just outside of return period. Would not recommend this brand; very cheap quality. For the price the audio should be decent, not plagued with crackling... It is genuinely terrible and impossible to use if you are irritated by the crackling like I am.

Not only did these break such that they no longer connect to any device, but the SteelSteries customer service is completely inept.

Too expensive for what you get. Battery life is the best thing about the headset. Mic is meh at best. Comfort very lightweight and comfortable but durability seems lacking. Sound is pretty good but it puzzles me that there is no app for the consoles.... only on the PC. If you want to adjust your sound on a console it will have to be done with the transmitter base that it came with via manual adjustment. Was a cumbersome experience to say the least. Not all is lost because they do have 5 presets. But for fine tuning you will spend some time so be ready. Connection you can connect two things at one time so if you have an X and a 5 then it works great in that aspect. Overall I took mine back and got the Turtle Beach Stealth Pros because they have an app that is dedicated for the sound on your phone. Not just for game audio but for bluetooth as well. If you primarily have on a PC this would be a good option but i would still go with the Turtle Beach Stealth Pros. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY THIS ARCTIS PRO HEADSET do get the one specifically for the Xbox series X.... because if you don't have an Xbox but might get one in the future the PS5 version of the Arctis Pros DO NOT work on the Xbox but the Xbox version works on the PS5. It is a good headset but not for the price and not while you can get a better headset in the Turtle Beach Stealth Pros. Trust me. I felt offended about the Arctis Pro branding the headset with Xbox and PS and not having an app specifically tailored to that experience yet you have one you can download on your PC that is only for the PC. Make no sense. I've owned both.

Worst headset ever. You’re not paying for the sounds quality bc it’s horrible or the mic bc that’s even worse, you’re paying for the programs with it. Not worth the money at all

The wireless verson if these is awful due to the ear pads resting awkward. The in ear noise canceling hits your ear causing ear pain after an hour or two of gaming. Everything else is spot on. Unfortunately returning them due to ear pain. Reddit has a lot of posts regarding this issue.

It's an alright headset. It has many cool and useful features but the sound isn't the best compared to my old headset, the RIG 800LX.

    Great but not perfect

Pros- Super easy to set up and use. Work excellent right out of the box. Sound is good, mic is good. Battery life is great, I mean great. Two batteries is awesome. Lots of adjustability for head size and fit. Weight is good. Cons- Pirce, these are very expensive IMO compared to competition. They are hot, I am going to buy the more breathable pads. Ear shape is a bit odd, therefore fit is not perfect. Sound is good but not great. Overall I would recommend and am satisfied.
