    Find another headset

Theres a hard inner ear plastic piece that helps with noise canceling. It presses against your ears and is unbearable.

    DO NOT BUY

I would give zero stars if I could. The mic is inconsistent one minute friends can hear me then then the next sounds like I’m across the room. They are super uncomfortable and crazy distorted audio almost robotic happens frequently. I have no idea how these are the “best” headset for os5

Worst pair of headphones I've ever owned.

HEY! DO YOU WANT TO PAY $350 FOR A PAIR OF HEADPHONES THAT WORKS INCONSISTENTLY AT BEST? Then look no further than the Steel Series Arctis Nova Pro Wireless. With such features as: - Terrible proprietary software to connect your headphones. - Wireless randomly disconnecting until you restart your pc and factory reset the DAC. - USB detection failing until you connected the headphones directly to the PC. - Headphones stopping working until you do a firmware update. - Propriety software that fails to launch the sub-service (Sonar) repeatedly. - Battery cover that is impossible to remove without an 80's coke nail. I love my SteelSeries Apex Pro Keyboard but the Arctis Nova Pros are so unreliable I'd rather use wired gas station earbuds. Keeping these things working is more of a chore than my day job and I'm an IT professional.

Wish the company stood behind their product.

Wish I could be leaving a 5 star but just cant. The mic/mute button failed within the first 3 months steel series has done nothing but give me the run around and make me jump thru hoops just so send it back in to them for warranty! Otherwise the headset is fine about as good as my old astro a50 but astro customer service was top notch!

    $280 Garbage

Clearly I have the worst luck ever. The only thing i can gather is that becauss fhese are so much money, they’ve been sitting out for so long, the batteries were dead on arrival. These headphones had me thinking I was stupid because they wouldn’t even turn on, but when I connected them via USB to the console, they magically turned on. But once you unplug them, they immediately go dead. Yeah I returned them.

    Deafening digital noise. dont’t buy!!

In the midst of playing PS5 and being connected to my phone, a LOUD static-like noise will blare through the headset forcing me to turn them off because that was the only way to stop it. Oh and this was on the first day I bought them. I read some reviews and it seems like this problem will only happen more often and literally be unusable. It’s a terrible defect and it seems the technology is not up to par for the dual connectivity. Save your money and don’t buy

The worst headset i have tested, awful support.

Awful headset, one of the worst I have tested. Makes a high pitched screaming noise if bluetooth is on. Depending on if noise cancelling is on or off it makes a different high pitched noise. Gives me a head ache. Support is the worst. Their job is to annoy you and delay any actual help until you stop contacting them. Because of their lack of support for an extremely expensive product I will never buy another steelseries product as long as I live and will warn my friends about them.

    ANC is TERRIBLY POOR

Primarily bought these for the ANC feature and the difference between ANC and transparency is barely noticeable. For the price tag this is unacceptable.

Not recognized by pc or game console

After first getting the headset it worked and was the best headset i have ever had. Shortly after, the headset and base station no longer worked on any game console. The base station just boots up and shows the steelseries logo but then goes black. The headset does not connect to anything. I rwached out to steelseries support who after gave me useless trouble shooting steps that did not work, tood me to statt looking for a replacement.

Randomly stopped working after 21 days, and I only used it for a grand total of 30 hours out of those 21 days. I am also a plus member so I thought I could return it but was informed this item had to be returned within 15 days -.- ...Waste of 350$.

    DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY! Steelseries firmware bricked this headset and this is still ongoing. Now I am out over $400. I contacted them and tried all of the ways to reset or turn it back on... none work. I work at an IT company and we have tried absolutely everything. I should have purchased the best buy protection with it. Lesson learned

    Hurts

There is a metal piece in the center of the earcups that sticks out and hits your ear. Also, the eq software is only available for PC and not PS5.

DAC broke after 2 weeks of usage

The DAC bricked about 20 days after purchase. This headset has the potential to be a great product, but the app connected to it is abhorrent and buggy.
