These headphones are amazing. I can have two different devices plugged in to the hub and swap between them, while bluetoothed to my phone at the same time. If I get a call on my phone while playing, I do not have to take my headphones off and stop playing. The sound quality is phenomenal as well as the sound positioning for surround. The microphone is a little flimsy but I have a standing mic that I use instead of it so it doesn't matter to me. A. It comes with a spare removable battery so I never have to have them plugged in while I'm playing if one is dead.

Love the headset after 2 months of daily use its awesome. The infinite battery system is really neat because you never need a cable running to your headset.

Bought these to replace my 3 year old Arctis Pro Wireless. These are more comfortable, the sound quality is still amazing, and they feel way more solid and durable. (But time will tell the truth about that.) Some of the features have changed a bit. I do prefer the ChatMix of the Arctis Pro Wireless over the virtual chatmix of the Novas. Such an L there, but everything else is great. The eq is better, the base is better, and the software is pretty good. Worth it.

Easily the best headphones on the market. Not only are they super comfortable but the extra battery makes them last virtually forever. The retractable mic is also a nice touch

I gotta say, they have really stepped up the sound quality with these. Coming from an arctis pro wireless to these I can hear an obvious difference in clarity. I enjoy the ANC as well with no complaints comfort-wise (all the other reviews complain about the nub in the earcup, they obviously dont have it on right). While I do wish i could have my nice softweave material for the earcups, i understand given their direction towards blocking out external sounds. My tip: dont turn on audio enhancement on windows sound settings. You will have to likely reinstall the enging to have windoes cooperate again like i did.

Excellent audio and build quality. The inclusion of the two batteries makes it so I never worry about them dying even after all day use.

Super Comfortable and Great Noise Canceling. The headband type strap makes wearing this headset comfortable for long periods of time. The quick swap battery makes it so that I never have to charge my headset and that’s it’s always ready to go. Love it. Might look pricey but I say it’s worth the money

Bought these as my previous ones were falling apart. Very good quality sound. I can hear so much more in the game and it is very accurate on the locations of sounds now.

Absolutely the best wireless headset there is out there. This is my second pair (for another location) Very clear and the battery lasts a long time.

This has been the best gaming headset I've ever owned. The Active noise cancelling has been incredible and the microphone picks up oky my voice. Usually with other headsets, the microphone picks up my wife's voice from the other room. This one doesn't pick up her voice even if she's in the same room. Incredible overall headset. The price is high but the quality net my expectations.

Phenomenal headphones, i love that i can play games and listen to my phone/iPad at the same time! Also, great sound quality and noise canceling. If you can afford this, get it! Ive had for about a year and a half and it still works great!!

Very comfortable but a little glitchy hasnt failed me yet

Audio quality is good and the range is somewhat decent, but as soon as I walk outside my house (10 feet from my upstairs bedroom where the PC is located) I get bad static and noise. Also at random the dock that the headset connects to will restart cutting out all sound and microphone use for a few seconds before rebooting. Slightly annoying and haven't found a fix yet.

This is the best headset I’ve ever owned, worth every penny for sure. Lots of customization and very comfortable.

Only complaint is that the bass isn't very strong. The DAC it comes with allows for easy and quick connection and doubles as a charger for the swappable batteries the headset uses to power. SteelseriesGG (the software for pc) isnt too bad, it lets you clip your games and allows you to trim and change volume of the clip in app, also has a convenient streamer mode to allow for an easy way to balance audio for streams. I have not tried this on any console. Only PC

The absolute best headphones I have ever owned. These headphones are still working phenomenally. They are also the most comfortable I've ever owned. I talked my brother into getting these as well and he says the exact same thing. Honestly these really sold me into the brand and I will always buy steelseries keyboards and mice. BUY IT! IT'S WORTH IT

Enjoy gaming with them, it's great that it comes with an extra battery that way when the one I'm using is about to die I just swap it out for the other one and continue gaming without interruptions. Most headphones are uncomfortable after a few hours since my ears a little big but the cushioning on these headphones don't cause pain or discomfort even after hours of gaming! So yeah I like them
