Struggled using the steel series equalizer and also updating the driver's and firmware for the headset and equalizer.

I am meticulous about my headphone care and it still failed. The connection constantly drops, regardless of the type I use. Im over it. We bought my mother in law the same set, hers is having similar connectivity issues. Both bought roughly around the same time. We shipped hers directlt from the store. Never again.

How to enable 96kHz audio quailty

I updated the fireware to the latest but still shows 48kHz/24bit only. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Im using it on my PS5 and am enjoying it overall. Just wish i could figure this out. Haven’t found anything yet regarding this was just released. Please help!
