Although the ear-cushions can get a little warm over an extended session (1 1/2 hours or more), the comfort and adjustability well make up for it. Sound quality is top tier with plenty 9f preset and customizations to get the audio just right. Tons of base, snappy treble and accurate mids, it cranks out plenty of volume. Definately worth that hefty price. The wireless is flawless. I hands down recommend the SteelSeries - Arctis Nova Pro Headset for PC!

Fantastic headset, super comfortable. I Highly recomend this headset, the dac is cumbersome if you want to setup multiple types of devices but using aux in on two divices is as easy as a tap of a button to switch between them. Bluetooth through the dac is not intuitive really. I prefer to just pair with the headset. Gets an A+ in everything that matters: sound, surround sound, battery life (spare is super nice) comfort, mic quality, etc. I have no complaints. And after using it a while you figure out the dac its great too.

Best Headset I Have Ever Used

This headphone set has been a pleasure to use. It blows similarly priced headsets from Corsair and Logitech. I use all of its features, including it's seamless ability to use on your phone. Also, I use the mixer that comes with it, which is incredibly easy to use, with no bloat! Do yourself a favor and get this headset. You will not regret it. The only thing working against this set is that its microphone is just barely below the quality of the Corsair Virtuosos. But the headache of dealing with of the Corsair software was enough to never buy anything from them again. The other slightly negative thing about this set is that the charging port for direct charging of the battery is placed at a weird angle, but this is not an issue if you are are always using the base station. In conclusion, buy this headset. You'll be happy you did. I am.

Literally the perfect headset. Sound quality is incredible, comfort is through the roof with the earcups, and the extra battery and charging capabilities means you can literally game forever and not have to worry about battery life. I've had one night of a slight earache but as soon as I adjusted the headband, everything was perfect. The only complaint I can see people having is the left ear having the ANC mic sticking out a bit. Those with smaller ears may feel a slight tickle from the mic piece but I'd like to think I have pretty average ears and I don't feel it at all. Obviously, $350 is a lot to spend on a gaming headset. But for those who are okay with it, I would recommend this headset with everything I have.

There are a lot of great headsets at the ~$100 range but there was always something off either about comfort or the mic or the audio that I just got myself used to. These are really pricey and I'm assuming it's because it's trying to be good at all these things when it's much cheaper and honestly better to find something dedicated to just being a good set of headphones or a good mic. That said, I really am enjoying this headset. It's a lot more comfortable than others I've had in the past. I've had the Corsair Virtuoso, Void Pro, and one of the wireless Logitech ones who's model I can't remember. This cost a good chunk more than either of those but it also outperforms those in terms of comfort, audio quality, mic quality, and most importantly the sidetone. I tend to be one of those types who talks louder when I can't hear my own voice properly so having a good sidetone makes a huge difference for me. I highly recommend getting Dolby atmos for headphones for these. It's much nicer than the Windows sonic or the steelseries app EQ. I believe there's another model that is similar without the DAC and a bit of a different build quality. Check those out too if this isn't on a good sale. I hear updating the firmware can mess with the sidetone just FYI so read around first.

These headphones are great if you are like me and need them to primarily be a gaming headset but also use them for music and audio, work, and more. Having dual connections and Bluetooth makes them very functional. Comfort is great while the sound is pretty good it's definitely not HiFi

Incredibly great sound, comfortable, and look. The headset does sometimes have some software issues with the desktop app, but updates usually fix it. the swappable batteries alone justify this headset.

Easily the best headset for gaming ive ever used. ONLY con is the mic quality. Its not near what it should be for the cost of the headset. But thats typical for ALL wireless headsets. Despite that, I use a desktop mic anyways so its easy to look past. This headset has soo many features. swappable batteries so it never has to be charged or plugged in. Noise cancelling works fine. This is also by far the most comfortable headset ive ever used.

They sound great, work great, mic works well and it's clear. Their software is a must to get it dialed in to your sound taste. I was a bit disappointed with the fact you cannot mix audio from both USB inputs. I am coming from a wired MixAmp Pro setup (highly suggest for mixed audio) for my work and home computers. This only allows connection to one of the computers at a time efficiently. The fix is to, A wire or with aux cords (which don't work great due to ground loop feedback), B run it through the MixAmp (what I'm doing), or C just live with having to manually select one input at a time. Also unfortunate the settings don't fully sync with the base, like the MixAmp pro does. Meaning, if it's on the work laptop, the mic EQ and other settings don't carry over (since work has it locked down to not install their software).

I’ve had these for about a week, and I use them with my PC. Overall, they are AMAZING, especially if you buy some WC aftermarket cushions - it elevates the comfort, and overall feel of the headphones. I have one issue, and that issue being sometimes when I have multiple things happening in my computer, for example Spotify playing, games being played, and using discord at the same time, or any variation of two audio inputs, my Audio goes through “dips” that slow down the audio, and reduces the audio quality crazy for half a second, then the full audio comes back(this happens for about 5-10 minutes cutting out every other 10 seconds before seemingly disappearing for a few hours). I have yet been able to find a fix, doing a combination of using the Sonar/ Steelseries GG application, and not using it at all. That is the ONLY issue I have with this headset. Overall, 9/10. Could be 10/10 if the Audio issue could be fixed, as I’ve seen lots of online forums saying this isn’t that uncommon of an issue. Not entirely sure if it’s just a mechanical issue, or an issue with my computer. Also, the ability to connect via Bluetooth, and 2.4 wireless is amazing. The days of annoying my friends with instagram reels are over!! Aside from that one audio issue, AMAZING, and totally worth the price.

These headphones are truly wireless. The only time i have had to plug them in was during the setup for firmware updates. Hot swappable batteries give tou constant wireless connectivity. The range of the wireless is really good. They sound great. Have good noise cancelling and transparency mode. Dual connectivity. All round an amazing headset.

Very good sound quality but needs tuning if you like higher bass. On PC you can easily change it. PS 5 works pretty well and battery life is awesome. Overall I recommend but you can find cheaper headsets same sound level.

Astro A50 to Steel Series Arctis Nova Pro

I've been using the Astro A50 for years and have been fairly happy with them, this time I decided to try something new. For anyone else in a similar situation or comparison shopping between brands. I've found that the Astro A50's are simpler to work with, you plug them in and you're done; you don't have to install the Command Center to even really use the headset and they work well out of the box. Moving onto the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro, these things are fairly beastly in design with the largest benefit bringing me over to these are the replaceable battery and charging dock. With no longer having to worry myself with actually charging the headphones on a cable. Some things that make this product more challenging to work with is; in order to consume a majority of the devices functionality you must install the software; there is a huge dependency on the software installation and configuration. This dependency on the software turns into the software creating bunch of virtual input & output devices that get translated by the DAC\Transmitter to the headphones. Because of this software dependency, I have had many problems with the device configuration getting all screwed up just by unplugging the USB cable on the DAC and plugging it back in again, all of the virtual devices lose their connectivity forcing me to have to do a hard removal of software and hardware devices to allow the software to re-add and reconfigure the virtual output/input devices again, and the configuration cannot currently be exported or backed up so everything that I customize has to be reconfigured all over again. The features that this offers has me staying with the product for now as I really love the charging base and replaceable battery; otherwise for the simplicity offered by the functionality of the Astro A50's... if they ever come out with a similar charging station and replaceable battery to eliminate an actual connection or plug requirement ... I would be going back to them.

Worth Every Penny — So Good We Bought Two!

I got two of the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headsets — one for me and one for my husband — and honestly, they’re worth every bit of the hype (and price). We both game a lot, and the sound quality is next-level. You can hear every little detail — footsteps, background music, dialogue — it’s crystal clear and super immersive. The comfort is amazing, too. We can wear them for hours without any ear pain or pressure. The build feels premium, and I love that the design looks sleek instead of bulky like some other gaming headsets. The dual wireless system is a game-changer — switching between PC, PlayStation, or even the Switch is instant. And the swappable batteries? Genius. No waiting for it to charge — just pop in the backup and keep playing. I also really like the noise-canceling feature; it blocks out background noise perfectly, especially when we’re both gaming or watching something at the same time. All in all, these headsets are hands down the best we’ve owned. If you’re looking for top-tier sound, comfort, and performance — get it. You’ll end up buying a second one like we did!

Solid product, nearly perfect. Swappable battery is unbeatable. Simultaneous WiFi and Bluetooth connection is a very nice quality of life feature I didn't know I needed. Slight high pitch tone when connected to Bluetooth and no audio is playing. I suspect many ears won't even be able to hear it. Connectivity is strong on wifi. I can maintain discord call quality through a floor into my basement without drops or stutters. There is one custom equalizer setting available through the base station. The base comes with many pre-made equalizer settings, but you must be able to connect to a Windows desktop to download additional presets and have more control over custom presets. The lack of a mobile app to push these updates is noticed. Active noise cancelling is not comparable to big players like Sony. Purchased in sale for for $280 USD. I recommend this product.

One of the best headphones I have ever bought to date it comes with two batteries so while you’re using one of them in wireless mode, you can also be charging the other has a great equalizer mode and also third party software that helps boost the experience on PC I also used them when I had a Ps5 and they were great no problems if they make another version that’s better than this. I’d be hesitant to buy it because this one was so amazing.
