I’ll start with the positive. They look and feel amazing. The sound quality is outstanding and the features such a retractable mic and changeable batteries is awesome. Now for the reason I give such low stars. The mic is absolutely dog water. The time and money this company has spent on the audio software is completely ruin by the mics sensitivity. At lowest mic volume and maxed out AI noise cancellation the neighbor three houses down could drop a piece of paper on their pillow and the boys on discord could still hear it. Not worth $300 what so ever, I would take my $100 turtle beaches over these any day. If you don’t have any friends and game solo this is the headset you’ve dreamed about but if you play with friends then do them a favor and don’t get these.

Outstanding headset. One flaw is the ANC nubs that touch your ear, This may or may not effect you however. Otherwise this is the gold standard of gaming headsets today.

Love this headset! Comfort wasn’t the best, but with a mod kit, it’s 100% better. Sound quality is amazing and one of the only wireless mics I can get mic monitoring to work with a shure mic and elgato XLR. transparency and noise cancellation are also two great features to have

I tried the Logitech A50X first, was very unhappy, returned them and tried the Nova Pros, which I was happier with than the A50X, but nowhere near enough to be worth $300. Sound quality was excellent as expected. Microphone quality was passable but very subpar for the price point. Form factor is much better than the A50s, the base station with swappable battery superior to the dock. I strongly prefer flip to mute mics, but was fine with settling for retractable with the bright red mute LED indicator. Where these really failed were 2 places: 1) The ear cups. They claim to be over-the-ear, but they just aren't. I have small to average size ears and these are on-the-ear. I wear glasses and they press my ears in to the arms of my glasses, tell tale sign that they are not truly over the ear. The material of the ear cups, some kind of soft leatherette, is appealing to the eyes, but get hot and uncomfortable very quickly when pressing against your ears. After wearing them for a few hours then putting my old headset on, I instinctively went "Ahhhhhhh" with a sigh of relief having my old headset on in comparison. 2) They crackle, even when no audio is playing. Not everyone, but you will see tons of posts about this if you search. There are so many different causes, fixes, solutions, and plenty that never fix it. I saw one person even resorted to turning the 2.4ghz band on their WiFi router off to resolve. That's insane. I'm not spending a month trying to troubleshoot a $300 headset. I am returning these and going back to my old Logitech G533's. I will see what the next generation of top tier gaming headsets bring.

Great sound and easy to use, love how easy it is to switch between PC and PS5… and the swappable batteries that last forever and charge in like 30 mins

I have many audio solutions for my PC already but decided to give these a try after hearing impressive reviews about it. These headphones did not disappoint me whatsoever! There is no noticable latency between the headphones and my PC while using them for all sorts of media, including gaming and music. The audio quality is incredible and the noise cancellation works great. The software that bundles with the headphones is very good at equalizing them to the game you’re playing, giving you the best experience for each.

The headset/sound is the best headset i've ever owned. The software is something to be desired. Every time i woke my pc up the software would reset my desired input settings and i had to go into the GG software and reset them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I had to go into the sound settings and remove all other devices minus my speakers and the Steelseries headset. to prevent this from happening again.

Great sound, great UI for the controller and very good mic quality.

I really like the headset. It was one of the more comfortable headsets i have bought. And the quantity is really good.

These headphones are great the only complaint I have is their ANC is terrible if you want an immersive headset that makes all outside noise disappear these are not it

Very good headset. The ANC works pretty good the audio quality is great i play COD and Some fortnite and the customizable options for FPS on cod and fortnite is cery helpful snd clear

I've always wanted this headset for years and finally saved up enough to be able to purchase them. They were well worth the wait and the surround sound in these are beyond amazing. The noise cancelling also is top notch. I love how they easily connect to my system by blue tooth and don't even have to worry about the wired aspect of it. Changing out the battery is also very simple and has an extremely long life per charge

Best headset ive ever used. The Dac and rechargable atteries along side the great software has been amazing.

Loving my head set quality the comfort noise there just amazing havent had a issue i would recommend them the price is perfect you pay for the quality so worth it.
