One of, if not the best headsets I have ever used. I have tried multiple different brands and models, but these are the best so far!

This headset is really awesome and i love the fact that it has two interchangeable batteries, however the mic quality is little bit to be desired and could be better.

Probably the best headset I've owned. I even bought 2 more for pther rooms in the house. Only downside is the lack of sidetone.

Average for a high end headphones product. Compared to regular headphones 5/5. Out of high tec headphones 3/5. There's no chatmix for headphones, the mic design keeps the input curved outwards, plus the earphone hinges are still made out of plastic. I feel the earcup depth is not too keen either, it would securue the ears better if it was deeper. I'd most likely go back to my Asto 350 next time, but hey you get it for the price. Also a really cool feature of this one is the swappable battery you get. In general overall cool design.

Best headset I've ever bought for PC gaming. The battery swap feature is something I never knew I needed. It's a lifechanger.

A few quirks here and there, once the bluetooth audio dropped in quality but a quick restart fixed it. Other than that really great, love the swappable battery.

Great quality headset, been enjoying gaming alot more. Also the feature of being able to Bluetooth to any device while also gaming. Is a great feature to have.

I had many headphones from pc products but this upgrade to steel series was the best. I felt under qualified to use it but the quality compared to others was amazing .

Great sound quality at a high price. You are going to pay for every song you listen to up front but after about 6 months you've made back your investment

Switching between inputs is not intuitive and sometimes it does not recognize a connection.

Easy to configure and the sound is crystal clear. I highly recommend this for the mid level and above gamer or employee who needs to present over video and needs a clear audio feed.

Was super excited to try this premium gaming headset. First impression was fantstic... good packing, quality gear (cables etc) and a comfortable fit. Got everything set up as instructed by the manual... great sound, good range etc. Installed their software to use all the bells and whistles.... updated the firmware.....and no sound. Headset got unpaired from the base. Could not get it to connect again. Went to their support page... no live chat so i submitted a troubleshooting ticket... typical automated response about 24-48 hours for someone to get back to me. Totally Unacceptable for a premium 350 dollar item. Found a live chat option from the sales facing part of the website... described my issue... a few minutes go by and the woman tells me they don't currently have the resources to troubleshoot this. I explain my annoyance and ask to speak to a supervisor. She then proceeds to tell me a supervisor cant help because they share the same resouces. Having worked in tech support and help desk years ago I took this to mean the following... this is a brand new product that was pushed out for sale before any scripts for troubleshooting were updated and pushed out to their customer support people. High likleyhood I will never buy any product from them ever again. Do not push a product to market before you are able to provide support... especially when following their instructions provide you with an expensive headphone and base shaped bricks.

One of the best headsets I've ever owned. I recommend these to anyone for the hot swappable battery alone.

Amazing headset with great features, anc is great, the spatial audio is amazing, and the audio customization with the steal series gg app is next level imo

2 years later and its still the best pair of headphones I've ever purchased. I use them basically everywhere.

Great headset! But for some reason after update my headset just randomly started shutting on the immediately turns back on with full battery so idk lol

Amazing headset it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Very comfortable and being able to have pc game sound and Bluetooth at the same time is amazing
