However, the mic suffers from terrible issues that make it unusable. The mic will constantly make the faintest noise 100% of the time making it seem like to your teammates that you are talking all of the time. In Destiny 2, this was extremely annoying and unfixable. If you Google it, it is a common issue on PC and Xbox and there is no fix in sight. Trust me, I tried every possible setting but as you will find hundreds of people on Reddit saying the same thing, it is not fixable from a user end. SteelSeries needs to fix this because $350 for a mic that isn't usable isn't acceptable. DO NOT BUY THIS. Reviewers miss this because they don't actually use the headset to play team games that require group chat. They simply test the mic quality and move on.

The features are good the software you download is good but the quality for the price isn't worth it. Definitely get warranty on this product cause it won't last long. It looks like its a common problem among other models as well. would not purchase this headset again sadly.
