everything about the headset is fine except that inside the muffs there’s just like a little piece that pokes out. it to much but still bothers after a while of gaming

honestly for the money get something else, sound is ok at best and the batteries swell after a year. the whole headset and charge station just dont live up tp the pricetag.

Works amazing, amazing EQ system, cool switching..

Though the range is a bit smaller to the model before this one it still amazing definitely recommend it every time

These are the first wireless headphones I’ve owned for gaming and they are great! I tried out the Sony 3D Pulse for my ps5 but they were incredibly uncomfortable because I have big ears. These allow my ears to fit inside without feeling like they are being squeezed. And the sound quality is great. I love being able to EQ them to my liking and being able to have presets available also.

Had the pro series and these are a better upgrade!

By far the best headset I've ever purchased. My one, and only complaint is the limited adjustments for the head band.

I had the steel series arctis pro, upgraded to this the second it came out, i am not disappointed. only thing it i prefer the button placemtn on the older arctis pro.

If you buy a $350 headset, you expect it to work whenever you turn it on, without having to go through a 10-step process. Is the "audio great"? I guess, when it decides to work. But how about every time Windows updates and GG Series can't figure out it's only job? It breaks EVERY. SINGLE. UPDATE. Or when the headset is your only enabled/default audio device, and your applications just decide not to show up in GG Series. These aren't it. (Unless you're cool with 10-15 minutes of garbage when you turn them on; if that's your jam then, YEA! Go for it.)

Par sound for too high of a price. There are more comfortable headphones for a fraction of the price.

Goodz but not great directions in the actual box, so hard to figure out

I didn't like my old steel series and I still don't like them now. Definitely the worst headset I have ever used so far. Has many cool features, but there are so many issues with those features. First off, if the headset falls sleeps, good luck waking it up. It takes a long time to turn on and half the time when it turns on, it does not connect to the audio at all. You'll have to reconnect everything just to make it play any sound again. Secondly, when the battery dies after an hour of use and you try to switch it, boom, resets all the audio settings you spend time configuring. Then, once you try to charge the removable battery by inserting it in the base, have fun with constantly trying to insert it and figuring out which way it goes. Once you do finally get it in, it doesn't charge until you finally find the right angle to insert it. Finally, once you get everything to work, the game audio is loud and your voice chat sounds quiet and terrible. The chat audio has different configurations than the game audio, so everything sounds off. Using game sound for both is the only way to fix it. The overall sound quality is a bit weird. It sounds like if you are in a empty room. Mic quality sounds bad unless your basically eating the mic.

The product worked great for a few months, then it started acting up to the point I would have to re-set the headset everytime I log into my computer. overall fitting is decent, a lil to tight for my taste. yeah u can adjust the hight but that’s how far it goes.

It's good, but not as the comparable Turtle Beach headset. I feel the fit and finish is not aligned with the price.

Headset sounds great but only works half the time. Steelseries app never works, and when it does, im always having to change the input and output settings and itll reduce quality.

Love that it can connect to multiple devices at once, even my cell phone.
