This thing has been a pain in the but. The control panel doesn’t work, the UI system is bad and it messes with my computer settings all the time

Best headset I’ve ever owned. All the features are awesome and convenient and the sound quality is top notch. I can never go back!!

If you have the pro wireless keep them. The ANC feature on this headset is a gimmick and doesn't cancel any sound. The game dac doesn't have an optic output cable so your losing sound quality. Lastly there isn't a chat mix like the previous version although even on the steelseries website it is shown to have the feature. Not to mention they're uncomfortable because it has some protruding plastic piece digging in you ear.

Ive had steele series headphones for a while now, if it hadnt been for best buys great warranty i would not have given steele series products so many chances but ive barley had this headset for about a week and unfortunately it has not lastest long, the bluetooth function that i was using ceased to fuction properly and after messing with it, it keeps malfunctioning. I thought maybe it was the connection to my computer so i tried my phone.... nope..... still messed up. After having to wait for a week for these to be in stock at the store and i am not willing to wait that long again to try yet another pair that has failed me (ive had to trade in all the previous headsets which has been like 3 years since i began with steele series and ive gone through 5 headsets.... yeah... crazy i know...) i am no longer willing to keep trying with steele series products. Please do not buy these they are not worth the price... i will be looking for a new brand...

They were not working at all, I had to return them and get a same pair for more money

Everything I was expecting them too be. Easy to set up and great sound.

I'm rating these on the idea that they don't compare to the single operation devices. If you were to but these into a ranking system with simply the best Headphones. They don't make top 10. Same thing with if you were to but these in a ranking with best Microphone. Not even listed. Sure these might be good for you consol gamer that can't separate the to devices. But if you are on a PC, just get a good Headphone and a good Mic. I wouldn't even consider the noise canceling a thing on these compared to Sony's and Bose's tech. All and all these are no where near the cost. Razor makes much better headsets for 1/3 the cost. The only thing they have going for them is they are PS4/PS5 compatible, which is a must when playing on those consols.

They are an average pair of gaming headphones. Wouldn’t pay that price for them again

Ungodly bad not even worth 10 dollars, go to dollar tree and get better one cause this is bad. Audio sounds like its underwater, buttons doing nothing mic also just not connecting lots of bull

I really wanted to like this headset but it just didn’t have the quality I was looking for.

The ear cups cusions are not comfortable. The battery is hard to remove from both the headset and the charging station. Love the concept just horinle design. Would inverst on another headset.

Average sound quality, side tone mic non-existent. Known issue apparently but for the cost of these headsets, should be much better than it is. Overall it is an average headset. Would recommend the astro equivalent over this one.

After trying every possible troubleshooting step you can think of, I never got the microphone to work. The red LED light is on, but it receives no input. Tried both bands on wireless, the aux cable, every setting on the base station, checked the software from Steelseries for software/firmware updates, settings on the games themselves, nothing worked. Will be returning these to get something half the price that will likely work much better.

I was super excited to buy and try these out. Unfortunately the wireless does not work and the headphones will not connect to the Dac. I’ve tried updating the software and I contacted SteelSeries customer support. Nothing has worked. I even tried resetting the Dac multiple times and it still won’t work on my PC or PS5.

Already malfunctioning. Sound is super distorted. Did a firmware update and it sounds worse. Keeps connecting and disconnecting in the middle of a game. Was amazing at first. Just so happens im right outside of my return window.

Upgraded from wireless pro and it’s been great and flawless

After seeing the high ratings, i was surprised that this product was a disappointment. The performance was bad. The sound would often glitch and cut out. Using the latest drivers and software I shouldn’t experience these problems. I tried 3 other brands from friends after this experience, and they worked seamlessly!
