Its absolutely perfect as far as comfort and sound is concerned. However, it only gets 4 stars because you need to create an account with steelseries just to use chat mix. Something that was available out of the box with the Arctic Pro wireless (1st gen).

Came from a Arctis Pro headset and these are nice, never worry about battery dying I just switch the battery when I start playing it last a long time. Audio is great to hard to tell the difference from wired and wireless at least for me.

I wish I could give these a million stars tbh. If you’re like me, you’ve scraped by with cheap headsets your entire life.. and while they work, they always lack in more ways than one. This is an investment piece, that’s for sure, but I have no intentions of looking elsewhere for another headset after buying and testing these. Absolutely incredible quality. From the weight and feel of the headset, to mic quality, to the speaker quality. I feel like I can hear people’s thoughts with these lol. If you’ve been on the fence like I was was about buying them because of the price tag.. honestly just do it bro. You won’t regret it.

These headphones sound amazing and the interchangeable battery is a game changer. Must have.

Solid product, nearly perfect. Swappable battery is unbeatable. Simultaneous WiFi and Bluetooth connection is a very nice quality of life feature I didn't know I needed. Slight high pitch tone when connected to Bluetooth and no audio is playing. I suspect many ears won't even be able to hear it. Connectivity is strong on wifi. I can maintain discord call quality through a floor into my basement without drops or stutters. There is one custom equalizer setting available through the base station. The base comes with many pre-made equalizer settings, but you must be able to connect to a Windows desktop to download additional presets and have more control over custom presets. The lack of a mobile app to push these updates is noticed. Active noise cancelling is not comparable to big players like Sony. Purchased in sale for for $280 USD. I recommend this product.

So this headset has replaced my Arctis Pro Wireless and it is amazing. I love it a lot! My only gripe is that I havent figured out if we are able to control party chat and game chat separately like we can with the Arctic Pro Wireless. If not then that SHOULD be a simple firmware update.

Let me start by saying this are amazing! Okay, so I bought this headset because a friend of mines said to try them so okay I finally give in and I go to best buy and cop them simple. This things are solid, the ear cups, they are made of leather I know some people don’t like them so you can switch them for some cool ones in Amazon! No cap! Either way, the audio you can hear Santa Claus coming down your cheminey, the audio is clear as the sky. They are wireless and they can reach pretty far I walk my corgi while waiting for a match to be found. Just get them and try them for yourself. I ain’t getting paid for this. Works amazingly, connected faster and easier then any other headset. Uses a battery (2 included) when its low swap out the battery and continue being truly wireless at all times. Incredible audio, ANC works too well for my brain. Mic works great too

1 Year later and these are still some of the best headphones that I have decided to purchase. The noise isolation is legitimate on these, to the point where you are not able to hear a single thing even on the lowest volumes when gaming or watching a video. The extra bluetooth feature on these also make them great for all use cases especially if you have a handheld PC and are on the go.

Bought them for my brother, he’s big into gaming, thought it was some of the best headphones he’s ever used compared to some of the bigger name brands.

Excellent sounding headphones. That versatile and has plenty of connection option to suit your needs. Excellent battery life especially with the swapable battery's. Only gripe is the stock ear pads could have been thicker.

Amazing quality and improvement over the last generation. Removable rechargeable batteries eliminates the drag of having to plug your headset in when it’s dies. Very happy with the product. It’s pricey but you get the value for what you pay.
