The only bad thing is if you are playing on the ps5 pro it takes up both usbc slots on the front, so long as you know that and are ok with it it should be a serviceable option

Being that i use to work at best buy i love the fact that when i cant find something at one store i can find it at another store that is relatively close by. Best buy my be lacking in personal attention if you dont know what you looking for but if you are anything like me and you do your own research and get up and go get it. its a great place to shop...

You wont unlock full capabilities unless you download the steel series cg app from their website. In there the sonar tab will give you full adjustability for everything its a game changer. Noise cancellation works great i can’t even tell how loud i am when im talking
