Best customer service I had issues with the product and they gave me a gift card with full reimbursement. The product is great don’t get me wrong but sometimes life doesn’t always go as planned.

These are great. Everything about them. The best part that I didn’t even know till I set them up is they come with two batteries so one charges in the tuner while the other is in use. You never have to plug them in it’s awesome. The sound and tune ability is great also. I highly recommend these!

Might be great for PC, terrible for PS5. While these headphones have everything you’d want, quality build, sound, equalizer settings, dongle, etc….. They are junk for the PS5. You can set the equalizer settings on pc, but it does not translate to the settings in PS5. Also, there is an intermittent static sound that continuously drones on. If you want to make your party members mute you, these will drive them crazy with the background chatter.

Best gaming headset I've ever owned. Easy to setup and feature rich. Allows me to do voice chat with Discord while I'm immersed in my favorites PC games online. Mic tucks in seemlessly.

One of the best headsets in the market. Insane for PS5 and PC. You can hear everything and pinpoint where the enemy is especially on FPS games.

I have the wired version of these but with having the wireless option for these I’m completely happy. Great audio, and customizable.

Best headset I've owned. Extremely comfortable for extended sessions (easily 20+hrs). Noise cancellation is decent, nothing close to Airpods Pro but would work fine in an airplane or an environment with a similar noise floor. Hot swap battery makes these irreplaceable to me. The Steelseries GG software + the Sonar add-on is needed to get every feature and bit of performance out of these, but luckily they did a good job on that end as well. I even personally encountered a software bug and it was fixed within a week. Great company and an amazing product.

Best gaming headset I’ve had. I even use it away from gaming with my phone to listen to podcasts and music. Pretty good sound quality and noise cancellation. Fits my head well and doesn’t pressure my head at all. Mic is good quality and comes with a pop filter. The software is great when using with a pc and you can make it even better with choosing settings for your liking.

Headphones sound great but once in a while they loose signal and sound distorted, only happens once in a while but very distracting from the gaming experience

Using this with a PS5, after my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 started having issues. Easy to set up, very nice sound, very professional feel and make. The Sonar feature they talk about a lot doesn't apply if you're using it with consoles (Sonar is PC only.) My only negative is there just aren't many suggestions for specific sound setups for specific games outside of a couple of MMO shooters. Well, that and the price - it's expensive. If you're just a casual once in a while gamer something less expensive will probably be fine.

Very nice and well made headphones. But for a novice like me, very very very confusing. When I setup everything on my computer, it messed up all my sound settings and a year later, I still haven’t got it back to before! If you are a headphone connoisseur and know what you’re doing, then these are perfect! But if your looking for the best gaming headphones and want something simple, I would skip these haha

pricy, but its the best headphones I have ever used. Had some small issues with the steel-series software but i disabled the ai noise cancellation and it stopped messing with my audio. best part is the hot swapped batteries, as i don’t need to access any cords in my setup

Super high quality product, I was coming from Steelseries Siberia 800's After 9 years it was time for an upgrade and I have been very impressed. If you have big ears like me you might want to check out wicked cushions they make super nice padding for large earred people.

I loved Steel Series for a while now. And they just keep getting better and better. I will say the ANC attempt was a little bunk as it just buzzes in your ear, but the capabilities of the headphones from the little dock is everything i need. I use it for work and play. Hooked up to two different computers simultaneously, it works on both at the same time too.
