Love this product. My friend has the same one and we both enjoy the headset. The fact that the headset has two batteries allows me to keep playing my games.

Works great, and the battery swap feature alone is worth it. I just charge one while the other is in the headset then when the battery is low there is almost no down time while I switch it out

Headset is comfortable and has multiple ajustment options to fit different head shapes. Best feature is the charging dock for the batterys and the 2 input mode. Switching between machines has never been easier

Bought these when I was looking for new headphones for work and gaming. I normally wouldn't have spent this much on headphones so I used gift cards. But honestly they were worth every penny. I've used them far more than I've ever used headphones before.

Best headphones out.I can literally hear my opponents heartbeat. I can hear the cat downstairs crying for food. I can hear the cries of my opponents neglected children. Legit best. And the noise canceling is unmatched. My opponents can’t hear me neglecting my children now. Win!

Amazing Headset. After having the arctis pro wireless since launch and now switching to this headset it’s been a blast, very similar but a lot more high quality and ease of use.

For the price I expected to be mind boggled by quality. It is good quality I won’t knock that, but the compromise for all in one input output on a headset is inescapable. This headset will certainly be good, but it is not pinnacle quality yet is priced at a premium that suggests it. The most valuable part of this headset is it has taught me that I just need to get separate mic and high fidelity headphones. Similar to 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner vs separate, a 2-in-1 headset is more convenient yet not as good as separate quality components.

Best headphones for this price I’ve tried. I’ve used many different types of headsets, from over ear to buds, and the customization and comfort of these is hands down the best.

Reallllly depends on what games you play and on what machine. 4.5 stars easily if you are console gaming. 3 stars are mainly because I am PC gaming now and I am having some difficulty getting solid Input volume/ quality. May require some user knowledge to truly unlock the best experience for competitive shooter sound quality on PC

absolutely love it . you can switch the batteries while playing or watching a video with literally a 20 second battery change break its awesome and it lasts like a full 24 of gameplay before having to switch batteries

No regrets with the purchase, which says enough. I use them for both work and gaming, and haven’t encountered an issue with either. My only complaint is that the controls aren’t intuitive and the charging base seems cheap, but c’est la vie. The headphone themselves are great.

I told my kids when they said they wanted to purchase these headphones that 350 was way too much for a set of headphones especially if you end up losing a piece. But in the end it was their money so they got them and they wear them everywhere they go

Great but software messes up a randomly. Constantly making sound go mute when it's open.
