The protruding microphones in the ear cups make long play sessions uncomfortable. The steelseries software will hijack all of your audio device settings.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I've always used steel series headsets and I recently switched to turtle beach stealth pro and I also have EPOS H6 PRO and with sounds quality steel series can't even come close, I didn't even realize until I compared them side by side with other headsets now I can't unhear the quality from other headsets substantially cheaper these I suppose are great for highs and a little mids so like fps foot steps and like ANC and local they are decent but if you want an all around good headset these are definitely not it

Only thing is other players say I sound robotic, but other than that comment they are the best headset I've used thus far.

It has a two battery system, so one is always charged and ready to go when the other battery is empty. Mediocre active noise canceling at best.

Mic is great, but for the volume wish it was alot louder, my astro a50 is way better. I even adjust the setting and fixed for the COD, still cant compare.
