Horrible Headphones, Non-Stop Problems
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the worst headphones I've ever owned. Non stop issues from day one. Robotic distorted audio for 30 seconds about every hour or so. Constant disconnects. Every time I reboot my pc it's like flipping a coin as to whether the microphone constantly disconnects and reconnects. The sound quality, when they work, is mediocre at best, They are pretty comfortable, so I've got that going for me, which is nice.

Worst product ever
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the worst headphones i've ever owned. After a few weeks, they will not pair with devices, or they will say they are paired but either not play audio or will skip horribly. Either way, they are 100% unusable. Even trying to put an aux cord in to use them wired does not work. The noise cancelling also does not work. White noise/static is not noise cancelling. What a joke.

EASTE OF MONEY!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the steelseries arctis nova pro wireless headphones hoping to get a great sound quality and comfort for gaming and music. But I was very disappointed with this product. The headphones are heavy and bulky, and they hurt my ears after a few minutes of wearing them. The sound quality is also terrible, the bass is weak and the treble is harsh. The wireless connection is unstable and often drops out. The battery life is also very short, I had to charge them every few hours. The only good thing about these headphones is the microphone, which is clear and noise-canceling. But that's not enough to justify the high price tag. I would not recommend these headphones to anyone. They are a waste of money and time.

GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TERRIBLE HEADSET. This is arguably the worst headset I've ever used. It's heavy, the earcups suck. There's an ANC knob that pokes your ear. Connectivity issues all the time, I'll switch the batterys and it will completely stop working in discord. I have to restart my PC to get it working again. Garbage headset, don't buy. The only positive is the hot swappable batteries. Wouldn't pay 150 for these.

Scam
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buy the XBox version isntead. This one is the same headset as that, but this one does not support Xbox. The Xbox version supports all consoles, this one does everything but xbox. You will be paying the same price for less functionality.

Very disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these to replace my old a50s/my beoplay portals. After using them for months I am writing my first review. Because these are that bad. One of the batteries has stopped working. The audio synching is a nightmare to work with compared to other products and the mic just doesnt work with the headset most of the time. Look at other options.

Turned to junk
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not sure what happened, but now when I try to use these headsets the left and right sounds are coming from the wrong side. I reinstalled the drivers and Steel series GG. It appears to be the software,as not installed, the headphones work properly. For this price things should work. Needless to say they are back on the shelf and not really useable.

Better headphone on the market
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are not great. Difficult to use. Heavy on your head. Clamping force is an issue. Needs better ear cups.

Worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. My first expensive pair I’ve bought. Love the extra battery and the battery life. You’ll never have a dead battery. The mute feature is nice as well.

Static sound
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Constant crackles and static sound. This is the second pair right out of the box that does this. Speaking with employees this is typical with headsets but extremely frustrating and and too annoying to use.

Waste of 350 dollars!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Completely unsatisfied!!! The headset worked great for one month, then started a screeching feedback sound from the mic. I unpaired and repaired multiple times, reset it multiple times. And it will not go away. The headset is brand new and has zero damage. Steelseries will not replace it and best buy will not exchange it!! I shop at Best Buy all the time, and was about to buy a 3000 dollar gaming computer from them, but after this experience I will no longer shop at bestbuy again nor buy a steelseies product again!

Not worth the money.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The SONAR experience is horrible. I returned these and bought the A50's X. Go with those. These are garbage.

Unusable due to comfort issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using the Arctis Pro Wireless for a few years, I was looking forward to the new Nova Pro Wireless for the multi system switching and improved hotswap battery feature (earcups hold a small enough charge to not require you to turn the headset and any Bluetooth connection back on when swapping). These features worked amazingly well. But the comfort was terrible and I have small to average sized ears.

very uncomfortable
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very uncomfortable for people with slightly bigger ears due to the speaker hitting your ears. keep your money or look up reviews on them. costing more money doesn't always mean more quality.

Brutally uncomfortable, mediocre sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 10 minutes I spent with these on my head setting them up and testing them out was 30 minutes ago, and my ears still hurt. Terribly, brutally uncomfortable. Shocked that there are adults on here using this and not complaining like their head is in a vice. Does the audio quality make up for it? Absolutely not. Even if these felt like wearing a cloud I'd be returning them. They sound terrible. The little controller box is cool, I'll give them that.

Too expensive
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has great sound but for the price it is not worth it. Poor bluetooth connecting and set up. Nice but definitely not worth it. Ended up buying the PlayStation headphones on sale at Sam’s Club and it is definitely more than enough

High pitches screaming noise, awful support.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Makes a high pitched screaming noise, support wont do anything and just tries to stall me. I’m done with steelseries, they don’t care about making good products or supporting them. You have been warned.
