Completely stopped working after a year

This headset and the accompanying software are awful. The sound was decent, but the software for these will randomly not load, and i have to restart my PC about 90 percent of the time right after booting before my mic will work because the software that controls assigning devices to channels (Sonar GG) just wont load. Not to mention i had this for less than a year and the bade station stopped charging my batteries and shows wrong charge levels for them.

Wasn’t what I expected The sound canceling is amazing but It’s a bit complicated when it comes to having to download an app that has to be downloaded from a computer.. which I don’t have so I’m returning them sadly

I currently cannot get any audio out of this headset. Nothing works, need to restart my pc and hope it decides to start working. When it does work, it's very quiet. For the money, this is the most disappointing headset I've ever purchased.

Honestly one of the worst headphones I’ve owned. Multiple times while playing COD would it change settings so I couldn’t hear my teammates speak. Not very loud, can’t change difference between chat volume or game volume. Would not recommend straight trash
