Good quality audio, easy to use, nice connection to multiple devices at once and works well with phone bluetooth as well, but occasionally disconnects from PC only to immediately connect after

If you like to mess around with your audio to get the perfect sound then this is a great choice. If you want to just buy and use out of the box its okay but theres better out of the box choices. Battery lasts about 2 to 3 days for me on heavy use. Being able to switch to bluetooth on my phone is a nice addon. The Steele Series GG app needs improvement. I'd also reccomend changing the ear cuffs as the stock ones get hot, easy to swap out

Very robust headset, I love the swappable batteries and the controller is a nice touch. I love the adjustable headstrap and the pads feel great, they're not too firm but don't have too much give. The sound quality is great too, I like the sonae surround but if you can shell out the 15 dollars for Dolby Atmos on your PC, it's so much more.

    Upgrade from Arctus 7

Was really sad my steelseries arctus 7 broke but this is easily an upgrade in every category. Comfort: The ears pieces are soft and pleather. They do get a little sweaty with a long gaming session but it has not been a problem for me. Wireless Performance: The range is incredible. Easily reaching all over my home including the garage without dropping signal on my end of theirs Battery Life: Not really an issue with 2 batteries but easily 10+ hours per battery. Cost: $300 is a lot to spend on a headset for some people, but I feel a quality headset and microphone is not an area one should skimp on.

Best Headset I Have Ever Used

This headphone set has been a pleasure to use. It blows similarly priced headsets from Corsair and Logitech. I use all of its features, including it's seamless ability to use on your phone. Also, I use the mixer that comes with it, which is incredibly easy to use, with no bloat! Do yourself a favor and get this headset. You will not regret it. The only thing working against this set is that its microphone is just barely below the quality of the Corsair Virtuosos. But the headache of dealing with of the Corsair software was enough to never buy anything from them again. The other slightly negative thing about this set is that the charging port for direct charging of the battery is placed at a weird angle, but this is not an issue if you are are always using the base station. In conclusion, buy this headset. You'll be happy you did. I am.

These headphones are incredibly comfy and the sound these headphones provide is incredible. I was recently playing Resident Evil 2 and I could hear every single sound in the game in a 360 radius. In some parts I had to take my headphones off and look around because I thought the sounds were legit happening right next to me. These headphones are amazing, I definitely recommend them.

This headset offers exceptional sound quality, immersing you in a rich audio experience. The comfortable design allows for extended wear without fatigue. Its intuitive controls make operation a breeze, simplifying adjustments on the go. While generally performing admirably, the limited Bluetooth range could be improved for greater versatility. Overall, this headset delivers a pleasing audio experience with minor room for improvement.

Best headset I've ever owned. That being said I'm usually pretty cheap with my headsets because of how easy the can be damaged. Decided to go for broke and i am very happy with the product. Well buit solid feeling but comfortable to wear for extended periods. I love that i can use these as standalone headset for my music on my phone and it even connects to both my pc and phone at the same time to asnwer incoming calls. The software for the device lets you make a lot of adjustments though i would say is a little bit tough to figure out at first. Definitely love the sound quality, the immersion factor is high in games. 10/10.

I bought this to replace a Razer Nari Essential I had bought close to 2 years ago, and it's proven itself to be well worth the money. Pros: Batteries: the headset comes with 2 batteries that will each last roughly 18-22 hours on a charge, and recharging is quick and convenient with the included DAC. Audio: the DTS virtual surround is nice and straightforward to set up, and the bass and midrange areas are phenomenal. Connectivity: This version of the headset support PS4/PS5 and PC with the included USB-A to USB-C cable, and can connect by 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth. The Bluetooth can also be connected to your phone when the 2.4 is connected to the DAC at the same time. Cons: Audio: the bass and midrange are top tier, but the treble side can be weaker when put against similar headsets. This isn't enough to knock a star off though. Noise Cancellation: I have noticed a tiny noise that sounds eerily similar to coil whine when the headset is turned on but no audio is being played through the headset. Be aware of this if you buy this headset.

What a great product, the feeling actually having something wireless and not worrying about cables anymore. Now I have the ability to just get up and go, plus the recharge battery last long as well, and mic is great too.

Used on PC. The Nova Wireless series is better than I initially thought. It actually behaves exactly the same with the volume rocker on the header to adjust both channels. Sonar, SteelSeries’ software, is excellent- and not a total drag to install like Corsair’s iCUE or Razer’s Synapse. It’s quick to configure and the features in Sonar are equally competitive to everyone else. Their software doesn’t cause any sort of conflict with any application nor with system data from my experience. Very stable and well-engineered. My biggest plus with this is the fading audio (when it got too quiet in chat volume) from the old Arctis Pro headset is no longer a “feature” that exists. So you don’t have to worry about audio fading randomly in voice chat.

Sound great, lacking in audio mixability

They sound great, work great, mic works well and it's clear. Their software is a must to get it dialed in to your sound taste. I was a bit disappointed with the fact you cannot mix audio from both USB inputs. I am coming from a wired MixAmp Pro setup (highly suggest for mixed audio) for my work and home computers. This only allows connection to one of the computers at a time efficiently. The fix is to, A wire or with aux cords (which don't work great due to ground loop feedback), B run it through the MixAmp (what I'm doing), or C just live with having to manually select one input at a time. Also unfortunate the settings don't fully sync with the base, like the MixAmp pro does. Meaning, if it's on the work laptop, the mic EQ and other settings don't carry over (since work has it locked down to not install their software).
