Swappable batteries are a game changer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being pretty much the only game in the swappable battery category of wireless headsets, I figured I'd try out the newest model when my previous, much cheaper headset broke. The connection to the base station is fantastic, plenty of range and good sound quality. Message of warning, you can't use the mic in Bluetooth mode while it is in use on the other wireless, you'll have to disconnect from wireless to use it with Bluetooth. Build quality is fantastic, sounds good, and the batteries last a very good amount of time, so you'll mostly only need to swap after a longer than usual day's use or if you didn't charge the headset overnight.

Great premium flagship-tier headsets
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headset. Tons of premium features that warrants the higher price tag, such as in-depth EQ customization as well tons of presets. The perpetual battery system is also just something you don't see being done often, and completely negates the one problem everyone runs into with wireless headsets: charging. Mic quality is mediocre at best but I use a dedicated mic, and the one attached retracts in so no issues there either.

too expensive, crappy mic, otherwise good
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.mostly quite good! love having 2 batteries that can be swapped between. audio is great (i dont have the greatest ear for this sort of thing, but to me its perfectly good), though it needs to be fiddled with in sonar for some purposes. main drawback is that the mic sucks. it needs to be pretty close to your mouth, too, both of which were not issues with my razer kraken kitty edition. i made the mic less nasally in sonar, but its still suboptimal. for such an expensive headset, it should have a better mic than the $150 headset i had previously. im also not very happy about needing to fiddle with the audio to make the audio and mic better; i feel like they should be good by default considering its like $380 retail price. overall, good headset, lots of quality of life features. but im old fashioned and i dont like having to alter settings via software to make its performance optimal (and even with fiddling, the mic is worse than the razer headset mic i had before). the retail price is super inflated tho. i got mine on sale, and im still a little peeved about 300 bucks for this. its also a little tight around the head and gives me a headache after a while. my head is pretty average too, so folks with a larger cranium, beware. id give it 3.5 stars but i dont have the option for half stars.

Worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The clarity and expansive sound that comes from these is amazing. I've tried many other brands of gaming headsets...i finally found the model i'm completely sold on. Have since purchased 3 other headsets for the rest of my family.

Worth Every Penny — So Good We Bought Two!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got two of the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headsets — one for me and one for my husband — and honestly, they’re worth every bit of the hype (and price). We both game a lot, and the sound quality is next-level. You can hear every little detail — footsteps, background music, dialogue — it’s crystal clear and super immersive. The comfort is amazing, too. We can wear them for hours without any ear pain or pressure. The build feels premium, and I love that the design looks sleek instead of bulky like some other gaming headsets. The dual wireless system is a game-changer — switching between PC, PlayStation, or even the Switch is instant. And the swappable batteries? Genius. No waiting for it to charge — just pop in the backup and keep playing. I also really like the noise-canceling feature; it blocks out background noise perfectly, especially when we’re both gaming or watching something at the same time. All in all, these headsets are hands down the best we’ve owned. If you’re looking for top-tier sound, comfort, and performance — get it. You’ll end up buying a second one like we did!

Awesome headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were definitely a huge upgrade from my older SteelSeries headset. The clarity, the mixer, the fit and finish are definitely worth the money. Coming from the Arctis 9 wireless these are far superior. I love the fact that you get two batteries, that way one can charge while you use the other. I have zero complaints on my purchase. I will solely buy SteelSeries from here on out. Also huge shoutout to Best Buy for shipping them same day. Thanks for that option.

Worth every penny!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is fantastic. I love the fact that you can make your own sound mix and tune it to exactly what you need. I get complimented that my mic sounds crystal clear. It has really great noise cancellation, both in ear and on the mic. I sit right next to a huge air conditioner unit and friends have mentioned they can’t hear it at all. I can’t hear it when it’s operating in my headset either. Having a backup battery on reserve in the dock is super convenient. I don’t have to sit there in silence when I’m gaming if I had forgotten to charge my headset. I just pop off the magnetic ear cover and swap the batteries.

Excellent headset
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gotta say, they have really stepped up the sound quality with these. Coming from an arctis pro wireless to these I can hear an obvious difference in clarity. I enjoy the ANC as well with no complaints comfort-wise (all the other reviews complain about the nub in the earcup, they obviously dont have it on right). While I do wish i could have my nice softweave material for the earcups, i understand given their direction towards blocking out external sounds. My tip: dont turn on audio enhancement on windows sound settings. You will have to likely reinstall the enging to have windoes cooperate again like i did.

Amazing step up from Arctis Pro Wireless!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to replace my 3 year old Arctis Pro Wireless. These are more comfortable, the sound quality is still amazing, and they feel way more solid and durable. (But time will tell the truth about that.) Some of the features have changed a bit. I do prefer the ChatMix of the Arctis Pro Wireless over the virtual chatmix of the Novas. Such an L there, but everything else is great. The eq is better, the base is better, and the software is pretty good. Worth it.

Excellent Headset, but Black model is even better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset itself is fantastic in my opinion. I use my headphones far more than would be considered regular use and they still hold up. My only recommendation would be to get the black ones instead because the inside fabric of the ear cuffs can start to look dirty fairly fast with earwax and other grime. The black ones I never noticed this with, but functionality wise I highly recommend this model and the black version.

Phenomenal headphones
|Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are amazing. I can have two different devices plugged in to the hub and swap between them, while bluetoothed to my phone at the same time. If I get a call on my phone while playing, I do not have to take my headphones off and stop playing. The sound quality is phenomenal as well as the sound positioning for surround. The microphone is a little flimsy but I have a standing mic that I use instead of it so it doesn't matter to me. A. It comes with a spare removable battery so I never have to have them plugged in while I'm playing if one is dead.
