great product so far.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after using this product for about 5 weeks, comfort and sound quality are amazing, as they should be for the price point. they connect flawlessly via bluetooth to my laptop every time, and work perfectly for me when pairing with discord. my only wish is that the "beep" when turning the unit on an off were a little more distinguished.

Great headset!
|Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset is very comfortable and sturdy. Once fully set up and using the headset with the GG app, you can control so many different aspects of the headset. Being able to mute out the sound of your clanky keyboard so your not being roasted by your friends is a plus as well!

Worth every penny
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are a gamer especially that plays competitive then you should get this…..wireless and bluetooth at the same time you can listen to music and even answer calls with it…especially swappable batteries so you don't have to worry about charging it with a cable all the time little con the ANC speakers sticks out a-little inside the ear muffs so it kinda irritates the ear a little.

The tippy top of gaming headsets
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality and software for this are amazing. You will have to replace the ear piece with wicked cool cushions because of the ANC. The headset is a little on the heavy side but you get used to it. The hot swap batteries means that you will never run out of battery while gaming.

Love it, now wife wants one
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is amazing and very comfortable. The range and battery life are great- no disruption anywhere in a two level 1600 sq foot home which is great compared to the logitech g x pro headset i used before (lost signal on the stairs). No issues so far after over a month.

Great gaming headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headphones everything about them is awesome. But I did swap the ear cups the base ones are a bit harsh on the ears but the replacement cups make it so much more comfortable.

Impressed with this headset and will be keeping it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After about a week of using this, this headset has been a step up from my Logitech Pro X headset. The SteelSeries GG software and Sonar preset EQs are pretty good when switching profiles when playing different games. I primarily work from home and the quality when I'm on a conference call is really good, the ANC isn't the best but works enough to block out unwanted sound.

A good gaming headset
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They sound good but the software is pretty bad with connectivity in my experience and just connectivity in general is not great and the anc is bad but that’s expected for a gaming headset

Awesome sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to these headphones from the Arctis 7’s that I had for 3+ yrs. They have great sound quality & are comfortable on my ears for short sessions. The only drawback is the leather-like cushion. They slide after longer sessions. I’m hoping Steel Series will make a cushion swap kit soon. In the meantime I play with hoodie on (doesn’t effect the sound much)

Good headset
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy the battery packs. Im suprised by the life span of the packs and the sound is amazing. The bluetooth on it is kinda crappy cant game and be on discord at the same time without the soumd quality taking a huge hit. i guess the bandwidth isnt capable of that much data

Worthy Upgrade from Previous Models.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my Arctis Pro Wireless, and have been using them for several years. The right ear piece was starting to go out and was so happy to see a new upgraded version was released. These are nice because they have a better transparency/noise cancellation mode which the previous model did not. It it is also nice to have dual USB inputs so I can hook up my entire audio system without an issue. Overall Great Upgrade and Very Comfortable. Cons - Battery's are smaller in size and don't seem to sit into the headset or base station with as much ease as the previous model. I used to be able to do it without looking now I seem to have to pull them off to change the battery. Might just take practice but just a small dislike

Amazing
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing headset, sound is good, mic is decent. The mixer is the best part, sonar app is easy to use and you can mix all your audio. The Bluetooth does like to connect my phone even when the headset is off. So i have to remember to disable it

Fav headset

Well Designed
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easily the best pair of computer/gaming headphones I've ever owned. It's very comfortable and easy to use. Having a spare battery constantly charging is a game changer! The only real issue I've found is that the base does not turn off when I shut down my PC. Though, this can possibly be fixed by disabling USB power when the computer is off in the BIOS settings.

Best Gaming Experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive wanted this headseat for along time based off of previous customer reviews. The sound quality is phenomenal and creating custom presets for different games is extremely user friendly. Additionally, with it being wireless and having an extra battery it makes it nearly impossible to ever have a dead headset.

Awesomw headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are amazing. Sound quality is awesome and being able to replace batteries is genius. My headset is never dead now. Unfortunately I can’t give it 5 stars only because they are a bit uncomfortable to wear as they chafe my ears. Definitely needs more cushioned ear pads.

Finally a very good headphones!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Steelseries headphones are a game-changer, especially for their maximum volume. I enjoy playing video games at a very loud volume, and none of the other headphones I’ve tried have been able to meet my expectations until I tried the Steelseries. The reason I gave it four stars is because when I turn my PS5 from resting mode, I can hear the sound with a lot of interference. I have to restart the PS5 to resolve this issue. However, once I do, I’m completely satisfied with the sound quality. I highly recommend them.

Truly outstanding...With too much plastic.
|Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love nearly everything about these headphones. They offer features not found anywhere else in gaming headphones. You want to listen to your TV AND your game at the same time? The Arctis Nova Pro wireless can do that. Want to control the volume of discord separately from your game using JUST the buttons on the headphones? They can do that too. These headphones can literally do it all and then some, and sound great while doing it. My only complaint is how much plastic they used in the construction. For the price you would think they would use a higher grade material like aluminum, but I'm assuming they opted for plastic instead in the name of lightness. That said they succeeded in making very comfy gaming headphones. The fact that they're a little cheaper feeling than I'd like, is a very small negative in a sea of positives. I've tried a whole bunch of gaming headphones at similar price points and these are definitely the best.
