The headset needs a lot of tweaking out-of-box but works fine for the most part. This device is also susceptible to experiencing audio issues if your computer struggles to juggle a lot of bluetooth signals. If you find that your batteries aren't recharging, clean the contacts on the charging station.

Amazing set of headphones. The extra battery and ease of changeing it really make this unique. The sound quality and mic quality are excellent for streamer or gamers

Fantastic audio quality, simple set up, and great features. The headphones use one battery while the backup is charging in the base, and swapping them only takes seconds. I don't know how I managed without this feature before.

Great headset. Coming from the Astro A50’s this was a perfect replacement multiple pre set sound settings for different games which really makes a difference, good ear feel for extended periods of time. Would reccomend to anybody looking for a new high tier headset.

Its absolutely perfect as far as comfort and sound is concerned. However, it only gets 4 stars because you need to create an account with steelseries just to use chat mix. Something that was available out of the box with the Arctic Pro wireless (1st gen).

Came from a Arctis Pro headset and these are nice, never worry about battery dying I just switch the battery when I start playing it last a long time. Audio is great to hard to tell the difference from wired and wireless at least for me.

I wish I could give these a million stars tbh. If you’re like me, you’ve scraped by with cheap headsets your entire life.. and while they work, they always lack in more ways than one. This is an investment piece, that’s for sure, but I have no intentions of looking elsewhere for another headset after buying and testing these. Absolutely incredible quality. From the weight and feel of the headset, to mic quality, to the speaker quality. I feel like I can hear people’s thoughts with these lol. If you’ve been on the fence like I was was about buying them because of the price tag.. honestly just do it bro. You won’t regret it.

Let me start by saying this are amazing! Okay, so I bought this headset because a friend of mines said to try them so okay I finally give in and I go to best buy and cop them simple. This things are solid, the ear cups, they are made of leather I know some people don’t like them so you can switch them for some cool ones in Amazon! No cap! Either way, the audio you can hear Santa Claus coming down your cheminey, the audio is clear as the sky. They are wireless and they can reach pretty far I walk my corgi while waiting for a match to be found. Just get them and try them for yourself. I ain’t getting paid for this. Customization options are superb. Never dies with the dual battery situation. Id recommend upgrading to anyone that can afford it or is looking at a headset above 200$ just get this.
