Solid headphones so far. My old arctis pros broke and it's one of the only headsets with multipoint connection and replaceable battery packs. Stock earcups are much more comfortable then other headsets I've tried as I normally have to buy Wicked Cushion replacements. Sound stage is pretty decent as well. Don't really like the ANC as it feels like I have to pop my ears when its on but the pass through sound is nice to have conversations with someone in my house mid game without having to take the headset off. ONLY complaint I have is the insanely loud cracking sound when you get too far from it's connection so fair warning about that if you gotta walk to the mailbox with your headset on.

The BEST wireless gaming headphones on the Market.

These are some of the best headphones Ive ever bought, Ive spent thousands of dollars on headphones and gaming wise these are the best. Because I have a great DAC and Audio interface already I just use the line in on the DAC itself and push the sound in that way. They are extremely comfortable and I have a big head so headphones are very bothersome to me. I use to wear Shure 425's in ear headphones for the last 4 years. So if I am switch the comfort and sound better be amazing. Which brings me to the sound. The Artis Pro have a great sound and with the DAC itself you can create your own EQ. Lets just put it this way, These are going to be my daily driver for the next few years. I honestly bought these thinking I was going to return them because I have not till this day liked wireless headphones. Well Steelseries you changed my mind.

My favorite thing so far is that I can listen to the game and have bluetooth enabled for my phone as well so if someone calls, it sounds like they are in party chat instead of getting rid of the game noise. Also, the batteries last a long time and active noise cancelling is very strong. The headset can be linked with two systems at once without interference as well and is customizable. Bigger earpads, metal plate colors, etc. My recommendation is to buy them here at best buy and give yourself two weeks. If you dont feel that they are worth it, you can always return them and you won't risk anything so it is a win-win either way.

PC gamer: I originally purchased the Astro A50’s (not the X gen). I’ve also owned 2 previous gen A50’s. The sound would cut out and be choppy every few seconds. I might have had a defected set. So I exchanged for the Arctis Pros which I’ve owned before. And man the setup is just so easy and user friendly. One might see the Arctis Pros as inferior to Astro A50’s because they don’t have their own software to adjust presets/custom profiles. I also find the A50’s more comfortable in general with the bigger ear cups and looser fit. The Arctis Pros do have a tighter and snug feel and my ears can begin to get hot after an hour or so. If you want to just plug and play and still have great sound without the headache of updating headphone drivers, researching and setting up custom presets depending on the game you’re playing (or music), just go with Arctis Pros

Just buy them. There are so many possibilities that you can do with these and the sound is amazing. By far best I have used for gaming or jammin to some tunes or you can mix and do both at the same time and voice chat on BO-6 and it all equals out.plus has extra battery so there’s no need to plug up if you forgot to charge em last night.

[Employee of bestbuy] Overall this headset is amazing. It offers noise cancelling, two batteries so you never have to stop playing, has dual input modes so you can have bluetooth on your phone and have input coming from your gaming device. The build is very sturdy and very comfortable too, I always put it on and completely forgot about it. I will say there seems to be a high pitched humming when bluetooth and anc are both on, but no wound playing from either device. Also, when you power off the headset you have to manually turn off the bluetooth also or else it stays on.

This headset is great. Sound is very crisp and you can distinguish footsteps and other sounds very clearly on FPS games. The mic quality could be better but overall still not bad. The swappable batteries are very convenient allowing you to not have to plug in your headset. Excellent battery life.

This headset does fit big heads, you can adjust it until it's comfortable. The sound is awesome, I play CS2 and it's perfect for that. They actually have preset EQs for a ton of games which are great and you can sm edit them if you want. Yes they have a preset EQ for CS2 by Valve. The battery last me 4 nights before I swap them, it's very cool and easy. The mic is fine, it took a little to set it up. The Sonar software is easy to use. I'm glad I made the decision to get this, if you are on the fence, get it and test it out for yourself.

Great product for all around headset. I have been using this headset for work, gaming, and the gym. Sound quality is crisp, although bass is at times lacking or distorted at higher volumes. Have tried to rectify with EQ, however, every system/program has its own separate preferences and does not correlate the same. On my PS5 it does fairly well, but some games lack depth, on my PC there are a lot more settings to tinker with, and works very well. For the price I’d consider this a solid option.

Don't buy: Great headset, but with a fatal flaw

I ordered this in July 2022 and it was in the garbage by January. The problem started literally the day I got it; it simply took about 6 months for me to try everything under the sun and finally give up. The problem is with loud digital noise barging into the audio stream, many times per day. I work primarily from home, and I bought this headset not for gaming, but for music and remote meetings. The actual sound quality (when there's no digital noise) is great, the battery life is great, the ability to swap batteries is wonderful, the range is decent, and they are comfortable too. But the flaw I experienced is absolutely fatal: Many times per day, the audio stream suddenly becomes totally garbled with digital noise. I'm confident this is not due to any interference, for multiple reasons: - When it happens, it goes from clear audio to severely garbled in an instant. Like someone flipped a switch or a service crashed. - It doesn't SOUND like interference. I'm a musician and somewhat of an audiophile, and I know what interference typically sounds like. This is purely harsh digital noise. - I have tried moving the basestation around, moving the headset ridiculously close to the basestation, and also tried various troubleshooting approaches while the problem was happening. Nothing made any difference whatsoever. - Disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable from the basestation (effectively rebooting it) fixes the issue every time... until it comes back (usually less than 30 minutes later). After months of having nearly every call I joined get interrupted by this maddening digital noise, I reached out to support. After exchanging several emails with them, I got the sense that it was going nowhere, and I also just don't have time to spend hours troubleshooting equipment that should work. Out of sheer frustration, I finally just gave up and threw it in the trash where it belongs. Very unfortunate fatal flaw, for what would otherwise be a great headset.
