I've head the previous Arctis Pro Wireless for years, this is a solid upgrade. Feels more comfortable, the sound is even better, and the mic is great as well. I love the software on PC, never had an issue.

Lots of quality of life features are built in and connecting via Bluetooth or USB was simple. Software was definitely better than the Audeze Maxwell's in my opinion, and a lot easier to set up.

I have owned many from steelseries and these are great! The swappable batteries mean I have NEVER had to charge the headset while using it. However, after about 2 years of use, the ear muff cups are starting to degrade. Thankfully they sell replacement covers! I have recommended these to many colleagues
