The noise canceling is amazing and it’s much more comfortable. I hate that they changed the batteries though. So if you are going from the old model to the new one and bought extra batteries, sadly they are no longer useful.

I love that i can have two audio sources going at the same time as well. They fit my head well too which is a big plus, most headsets fit big on me. I think if i was hard pressed to say anything negative about them is that the ear cups themselves are a little small but thats about it.
