Had the sony 9 headset and i returned them because the headband kepted falling apart. Switched to the nova pro wireless and i could not be any happier highly recommend this headset. So much you can do.

Picked this up for the occasions i would rather game on console. Id heard it had a great mic and excellent sound, after about 30 hours of use i can confirm.

The battery life is great and easy to switch, it hooks up pretty quick as well and self explanatory. I would recommend, they will last if taken care of and is worth the price, only if you are willing to pay.

Received a "New" item that was clearly used and beat up. It was rather embarassing to have my son open these on his birthday, only for the battery to be opened, the headphone microphone having a bunch of holes in it, and nasty stains all over the ear cups and sides. I bought it as a new item, obviously. When i went to return them in store, i was getting questioned as if i was the one that put the used ones in there. They told me that they werent going to exchange them and that i would need to contact best buy corporate them to do an internal investigation. I stressed to them that that is up to them to do. They then told me that they dont have them in stock, and i ended up having to pay over 100 dollars more for the omni so my son could have something for his birthday. Its a pretty sad situation to be honest. Do better Best Buy....

Great head set havnt had a problem with it and the base that it comes with is super nice to have and the 2 batteries i never have to plug my head set in

I have a pair of Arctis 7x. These replace those and are not nearly as comfortable. The sound quality is similar but still doesn't seem to match the 7x. The only plus is USB-C charging and longer battery life otherwise it feels like a step backward.
