Works amazing, amazing EQ system, cool switching..

Had the pro series and these are a better upgrade!

Goodz but not great directions in the actual box, so hard to figure out

It's good, but not as the comparable Turtle Beach headset. I feel the fit and finish is not aligned with the price.

the small adapter box that controls the volume and setting, burnt out within about 6 months. a new one costs just as much as buying a brand new headset. look elsewhere.

Lasted 5 months before the headset started not working. Audio is not the best for the price of the headset and the mic picks up too much background noise even with adjusting the mic threshold. Worst of all the left ear audio goes out. Definitely would not recommend this mic.

Great headset as long as you’re willing to use Sonar and customize your EQ. Otherwise you’ll never get the most out of these.

I have the version prior to this on. I bought these for the wife and she loves them. Smaller than the original and fits her much better than mine.

I wish this was comfortable for my ears. After a while, the noise canceling nub made my ears hurt. The sound was great on these with games and music. The microphone also sounded great. If you can fit these without the ear discomfort caused by the noise canceling nub, they are amazing.

Love that it can connect to multiple devices at once, even my cell phone.

I bought these and the bluetooth caused a white noise. Also when on the phone you could hear that white noise get worse. I thought my headsets were deffective so i returned and everything was fine again until i turned on the bluetooth and was on a call for about an hour. I could then hear the white noise again with the noise cancellation off. If this was not there then this headset would be perfect but its upsetting that it has this problem.

The product worked great for a few months, then it started acting up to the point I would have to re-set the headset everytime I log into my computer. overall fitting is decent, a lil to tight for my taste. yeah u can adjust the hight but that’s how far it goes.

If you buy a $350 headset, you expect it to work whenever you turn it on, without having to go through a 10-step process. Is the "audio great"? I guess, when it decides to work. But how about every time Windows updates and GG Series can't figure out it's only job? It breaks EVERY. SINGLE. UPDATE. Or when the headset is your only enabled/default audio device, and your applications just decide not to show up in GG Series. These aren't it. (Unless you're cool with 10-15 minutes of garbage when you turn them on; if that's your jam then, YEA! Go for it.)

Sound is good. Easy to use but The ear cups are too small
