I love this headset probably the best ive ever had.great quality not flimsy at all. the batteries last a good week and it comes with 2 and the charge station

I like the dual connection to my ps5 and Bluetooth for my phone. Only issue is mic setting reset everytime I turn on my ps5. There seems to be no fix.

I absolutely love my new Steelseries arctis pro wireless headphones. They sound amazing. Set up was simple. Battery life is terrific

This has been the best gaming headset I've ever owned. The Active noise cancelling has been incredible and the microphone picks up oky my voice. Usually with other headsets, the microphone picks up my wife's voice from the other room. This one doesn't pick up her voice even if she's in the same room. Incredible overall headset. The price is high but the quality net my expectations.

Hands down one of the best headsets I’ve used over the past 6 years. Sound is great with being able to hear teammates while gaming.

Sound quality is fantastic. I love the fact that you can make your own sound mix and tune it to exactly what you need. I get complimented that my mic sounds crystal clear. It has really great noise cancellation, both in ear and on the mic. I sit right next to a huge air conditioner unit and friends have mentioned they can’t hear it at all. I can’t hear it when it’s operating in my headset either. Having a backup battery on reserve in the dock is super convenient. I don’t have to sit there in silence when I’m gaming if I had forgotten to charge my headset. I just pop off the magnetic ear cover and swap the batteries.

The Best by far headset I have had. The dynamics of the sound quality is amazing. Will definitely be looking into more products from this company.

The Best! If you're like me and forget to put all your things on their respective charger then you know how I feel about the extra battery. Swap them around and that's it your still running and charging, As for the quality, you get what you pay for and the price tag says it all. The sound quality is better than anything I've owned. I can't say enough great things. Definantly get then protection plan because they are made well but Steelseries' warranty leaves you at a loss for anything not manufacturing related and even defects are only convered for 1 year.

[Employee of bestbuy] These headphones are amazing. I can have two different devices plugged in to the hub and swap between them, while bluetoothed to my phone at the same time. If I get a call on my phone while playing, I do not have to take my headphones off and stop playing. The sound quality is phenomenal as well as the sound positioning for surround. The microphone is a little flimsy but I have a standing mic that I use instead of it so it doesn't matter to me. A. It comes with a spare removable battery so I never have to have them plugged in while I'm playing if one is dead.

Super Comfortable and Great Noise Canceling. The headband type strap makes wearing this headset comfortable for long periods of time. The quick swap battery makes it so that I never have to charge my headset and that’s it’s always ready to go. Love it. Might look pricey but I say it’s worth the money

This is by far the best gaming head set I’ve owned and I have owned a few. But between Corsair, Logitech, & the SteelSeries. I would definitely buy the SteelSeries again. Battery life is great, microphone is the best I’ve had, & the sound is excellent.

Great headset. Tons of premium features that warrants the higher price tag, such as in-depth EQ customization as well tons of presets. The perpetual battery system is also just something you don't see being done often, and completely negates the one problem everyone runs into with wireless headsets: charging. Mic quality is mediocre at best but I use a dedicated mic, and the one attached retracts in so no issues there either.

They are comfortable and I like that it brings two batteries

The absolute best headphones I have ever owned. These headphones are still working phenomenally. They are also the most comfortable I've ever owned. I talked my brother into getting these as well and he says the exact same thing. Honestly these really sold me into the brand and I will always buy steelseries keyboards and mice. BUY IT! IT'S WORTH IT

mostly quite good! love having 2 batteries that can be swapped between. audio is great (i dont have the greatest ear for this sort of thing, but to me its perfectly good), though it needs to be fiddled with in sonar for some purposes. main drawback is that the mic sucks. it needs to be pretty close to your mouth, too, both of which were not issues with my razer kraken kitty edition. i made the mic less nasally in sonar, but its still suboptimal. for such an expensive headset, it should have a better mic than the $150 headset i had previously. im also not very happy about needing to fiddle with the audio to make the audio and mic better; i feel like they should be good by default considering its like $380 retail price. overall, good headset, lots of quality of life features. but im old fashioned and i dont like having to alter settings via software to make its performance optimal (and even with fiddling, the mic is worse than the razer headset mic i had before). the retail price is super inflated tho. i got mine on sale, and im still a little peeved about 300 bucks for this. its also a little tight around the head and gives me a headache after a while. my head is pretty average too, so folks with a larger cranium, beware. id give it 3.5 stars but i dont have the option for half stars.

Sonar is so useful. The noise cancellation is okay. Ear muffs are comfortable and the headset all around is super lightweight.

Enjoy gaming with them, it's great that it comes with an extra battery that way when the one I'm using is about to die I just swap it out for the other one and continue gaming without interruptions. Most headphones are uncomfortable after a few hours since my ears a little big but the cushioning on these headphones don't cause pain or discomfort even after hours of gaming! So yeah I like them

Great sound and takes you right into the game. A real good purchase on my part.
