The ear cups are a little too small as well. The sound quality is amazing! The microphone is good quality. The EQ customizations are easy and effective.

This device is also susceptible to experiencing audio issues if your computer struggles to juggle a lot of bluetooth signals. If you find that your batteries aren't recharging, clean the contacts on the charging station.

I have several complaints about that, but I’ll leave that alone which leads into why I like this product. A surplus of spare parts and better software. The end.

After about 6 months, my docking station will not charge the batteries properly. Other than that, amazing product.
