Customers are saying

Customers recognize the product's strengths in sound quality, battery life, and comfort. Many appreciate the strong connectivity and software, as well as the lightweight design. However, some find the price a bit high and have concerns about the active noise cancellation. A few users also noted that the bass could be improved and the ear cups could be more comfortable.

Definitely a bit disappointed I couldn't use my mic in both the console game chat and my laptop discord simultaneously like I could on an older model. Outside of that it sounds great. Convenient

It's expensive but I can honestly say it was well worth it. I've used at least a dozen different headsets over the last couple years from different brands and this is easily the best pair by far.

Not worth the price. The set up is ridiculously complicated. The microphone is terrible. The only highlight is the sound quality, playback and noise cancelation.

This is the best multi-use headset I have personally used. Extremally easy multi connection capabilities from gaming on any console to music and movies on your phone.

I got these to replace some Astros that a friend swore by. Those were probably the worst headset I had ever worn. The headrest on this is comfortable and the ear muffs fit perfecting. The app is pretty intuitive and a nice to have.

So I bought this headset as my be all end all and its great but if your just using if for console gaming I think cheaper options will do the job, because to get the most out of the headset you need a pc to download the eqs from the software

This headset is truly a step up from the Arctis Pro that I had previously. I love the portability of the headset and the ease of use. I definitely recommend this headset for all professionals and gamers alike. I use it mostly for work, conference calls, and Teams calls.

Sounds pretty good, ANC is there but mediocre for sure, not top tier quality cancelling; and the little stupid nubs in the ear cup make my ears hurt for a while after only an hour of gaming. Is uncomfortable immediately upon putting them on and unusable.

They're fine, but if you're spending over $300 bucks, just get something nicer. These are maybe $150 headphones with a $100 external sound control device. They simply sound very average, are not comfortable for extended wear.

Definitely needs work. For 350 it’s lacking. I own a lot of headsets and this one doesn’t wow me. Honestly for half the price nova 7 are way better. Razer black shark v2 pros are way better. Overall not great

best parts is the dual in-puts and the dual batteries. other than that they are not worth the money. Sound quality is alright at best. if you have a lot of hair or a big head these will not fit very well. over all the head set just feels cheap. everything on the head seat is plastic. for some reason the volume knob got to me. its hollow and doesn't feel right. switching from RF to Bluetooth sucks especial when the system tries to do it automatic. you can't navigate the menu system from the headphones.

Only had it for a few days for the overwatch 2 release thinking that my old headset was already done with but turned to be the game had so many bugs but it was still a really good headset could set up the headset for curtain games like apex and warzone
