This is by far the best headset I've ever owned amazing quality for a steep price but it is worth the money if you love competitive game like I do sound quality is amazing it's super light so it feels like nothing is on the swappable battery makes it great for those 14+ hour gaming sessions or if you tend to forget to charge headsets the steel series gg software make customization easy and you can fine to to your perfect audio file

The price is a little much however you do get what you pay for. You get great audio quality with a really cool lcd display to help you get the most out of the headset. If you're willing to dish out 300+ dollars then it's definitely worth the money but there might be better choices on the market.

Going from traditional plug in at night headphones to hot swapping batteries mid match has been a little bit of an adjustment but overall a super cool feature. I swapped to these after buying another pair of turtle beaches and being told by my friends how bad i sounded, now after playing with the settings even my sound engineer buddy says i sound great. 10/10 so far just needed to get through an adjustment period with the mic, batteries, and bluetooth setups

What you are getting for the price is worth it. An external sound mixer, volumn control, battery charger and system settings hub helps with the overall experience of each game you play. The ability to change the settings so easily to match the game and/or activity you are doing on whatever system you use make this one of the best headset I've ever used. The headset it self is very comfortable and easily adjustable. 100% recommend for those that are casual all the ways up to competitive.

I really like this headset a lot, the batteries are great and the hotswap function is exceptional. The software is okay, better than most I've used previously but still exceptionally confusing at times. The only reason I'm taking a single star off is the cheap plastic used at the hinges I know will fail. Luckily I have geeksquad protection on it because there is now way they'll last more than 2 years that the warranty lasts. Overall though, if it's within your budget and use use the headset a lot I highly recommend this headset. Oh I replaced the ear pads with improved cooling gel ear pads as the originals hold a little too much heat for my tastes.

This is the most expensive gaming headset I have ever purchased. However, it’s worth every cent. The issue with cheaper headsets is that, while the microphone quality is usually good, the quality of the sound is very basic, which decreases the level of immersion into the game. This headset, while not quite on par with AirPod pro max in terms of sound quality, has a very good sound quality for a gaming headset. There is some oomph to the bass. This headset wirelessly connects to a usb to computer base station. This base station allows the user to charge one of the headset batteries (the package comes with two) while you are using the other. This base station also allows you to connect to two separate systems (like a PC and a PS5) where you switch the input with a couple button presses on the base station. This is convenient in that you don’t have to change your cable hook ups when you want to play on one versus the other. The biggest convenience, which is not unique to this specific headset is that, while you can use it with Bluetooth, connecting to the base station is done over 2.4 GHz band. This gives much more bandwidth than Bluetooth. When using a Bluetooth headset in a Discord voice channel, and playing a game, the quality of the game sound is very degraded because of the low bandwidth. That problem doesn’t occur with 2.4 ghz. Finally, this headset can often be found on sale, so keep an eye out.

What an amazing headset. It comfortable when wearing, even hours into a game. The sound quality is the best of any headset ive owned, it beats astro A50, the Astro A40 trs, and the corsair virtuoso's by a landfall. I like the hot swap batteries, as i never have to use a wire. The set up was easy and smooth. Steel series has won me over

Bought these headsets and they are by far the best set of wireless headphones I've owned. I think the design of exchangeable batteries paired with the dock for charging and sound control is very handy, especially paired with the Sonar App. Its very loud, bassy, and with sonar, sounds and applications can be modified to match specific preferences.

Actual best buy employee here, ive bought and used A LOT of headsets over the years of working here and this is by far the best; comfort, quality, build, software, aesthetics and everything about it is fantastic and i couldnt recommend anything more. As a content creator as well with a dual PC setup, the station it comes with that allows it to be used with 2 deifferent sources is fantastic and incred convenient.

Been using these around 2 years i think, the swappable batteries are GAME CHANGING, the audio is fantastic, obviously not audiophile headphones, but top tier gaming IMO. Would recommend them to anyone thats got a price range in here.

I have had so many headsets. None compare to the quality of these. The SS Arctis series headsets have nothing on this headsets quality and comfort. The app lets you fine tune the listening. Best headset I have ever had.

These are the best headphones I’ve ever purchased. Better quality than A50s, much comfier than Corsair wired headphones. The Battery pack is the best part of this device.

Bought this to replace my Arctic Nova 7P and it was worth it despite the higher cost. Hands-down the two biggest game-changers for me have been the better “side-tone” and the swappable batteries. On the Arctic Nova 7P the side-tone was non-existent and still felt like you were talking with a headset on. With the Nova Pro initially I was disappointed with the side tone until I turned on transparency in the ANC settings. Although it’s not technically side tone it feels kind of like the air pod pro’s transparency and gets rid of that muffled feeling which is what I wanted. Audio quality is also much better than the 7P’s, but I assume the mic quality is probably around the same since none of my friends noticed when I switched headsets. I’ve also used this headset for game audio while chatting on Discord and the implementation is solid and surprisingly easy to connect. One thing to note about this headset is that it essentially has two power buttons, one for wireless connections (console, PC, etc) and one for Bluetooth. So if for example you were connected to your PS5 and your iPhone at the same time, pressing the main power button doesn’t turn off both connections. You have to hold down the main “power” button as well as the Bluetooth button separately to disconnect both.
