It’s a great headset with great sound quality. I come from a steel series arctis 7 and gamedac pro which I had zero issues and everything worked flawlessly until the structure of the headset gave out over time on both. At this price point you expect no issues out of the box, however I had an issue where the audio was choppy and laggy. I troubleshooted every possible thing on the actual headset, changing wires and usb ports… then proceeded to check all my devices on my WiFi to no avail. Everything worked fine and it wasn’t a network issue on my end, I concluded with my research that it came down to my 2.4ghz WiFi internet which was absurd for this type of headset and price point. I returned it to Best Buy which they gladly let me exchange it for another one. I hesitated thinking to go with Astro A50x but saw a lot of sound quality concerns regarding that headset as opposed to the Nova Pro, I opted for the ps5 based white headset that still has PC functionality. No issues out of the box. Ran the steel series engine on both so both should have been updated but maybe it was just that particular device I had prior which could have been faulty. Regardless it must be a known issue with steel series since a lot of people post about the same type of issues with that particular headset.

The headset is light in weight, has great sound, and the swappable battery is super convient! Huge upgrade

Had these for a little over a Month. Sound is great and still dialing in. Have not experienced the discomfort some have indicated. Not sure if it was some one-off or the individual's preference. These are comfortable and should last for a long time.

Best headphones for gamers has the comfort , the sound and having to change the batteries for it to never die is the best idea

Im normally not a fan leather earcups but the comfort i get from these are surprising and the sound quality along with the interchangeable makes it convenient for gaming.

Amazing sound, comfortable, comes with hot-swappable batteries (if you are fast enough!) ANC is a game changer! Mike is hidden in earcup until you extend it. A very high-end headset that far outperforms my previous Corsair.

The quality is very good and these are comfortable- the batteries also last a long time and I’m told I sound clear. The only reason I dock one star is that the battery can accidentally be put in the charger backwards and then it gets stuck -and becomes very tricky to unstick (be careful not to damage the battery and start a fire). This is easy to do if you are quickly trying to change batteries in the middle of combat and is really a bad design issue.

Best headset i've ever owned the sound quality is very good,the swappable batteries make it to where it essentially never dies and the build quality is amazing can't recommend it enough!

Being pretty much the only game in the swappable battery category of wireless headsets, I figured I'd try out the newest model when my previous, much cheaper headset broke. The connection to the base station is fantastic, plenty of range and good sound quality. Message of warning, you can't use the mic in Bluetooth mode while it is in use on the other wireless, you'll have to disconnect from wireless to use it with Bluetooth. Build quality is fantastic, sounds good, and the batteries last a very good amount of time, so you'll mostly only need to swap after a longer than usual day's use or if you didn't charge the headset overnight.

Although the ear-cushions can get a little warm over an extended session (1 1/2 hours or more), the comfort and adjustability well make up for it. Sound quality is top tier with plenty 9f preset and customizations to get the audio just right. Tons of base, snappy treble and accurate mids, it cranks out plenty of volume. Definately worth that hefty price. The wireless is flawless. I hands down recommend the SteelSeries - Arctis Nova Pro Headset for PC!

Was recommended by multiple family members and heard nothing but great reviews!! Worth the purchase, will last you years. Extremely comfortable when wearing & great audio. Love the audio presets for different types of games !

Very light headset. Good audio. Infinite power just switch battery within seconds. So far my favorite headset i gotten.

I gotta say, they have really stepped up the sound quality with these. Coming from an arctis pro wireless to these I can hear an obvious difference in clarity. I enjoy the ANC as well with no complaints comfort-wise (all the other reviews complain about the nub in the earcup, they obviously dont have it on right). While I do wish i could have my nice softweave material for the earcups, i understand given their direction towards blocking out external sounds. My tip: dont turn on audio enhancement on windows sound settings. You will have to likely reinstall the enging to have windoes cooperate again like i did.

These were definitely a huge upgrade from my older SteelSeries headset. The clarity, the mixer, the fit and finish are definitely worth the money. Coming from the Arctis 9 wireless these are far superior. I love the fact that you get two batteries, that way one can charge while you use the other. I have zero complaints on my purchase. I will solely buy SteelSeries from here on out. Also huge shoutout to Best Buy for shipping them same day. Thanks for that option.
