Lots of things to love about this headset; lighter than previous Arctis series, less squeaks and creaks, good sound and mic. Ergonomics are also decent. A few things hold it back from a 5 star rating for me. Firstly, the software is tough to get the hang of if you’re not well versed in sound config. This headset needs adjustments for most people, so if you’re looking for an “out of the box” solution, perhaps think twice on the artctis nova series headsets. That being said though, if you’re willing to put some tinkering time in, it should be well worth the effort and customization. Secondly, the dac will eventually burn the screen in. There is currently (as of 03/24), no way to turn the screen on the DAC off, so it will eventually burn in over time. This is definitely a bummer, considering that this functionality existed with the previous generation artcis pro wireless headsets. Those things aside, this headset is great, and still wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

So far, I’m really enjoying this headset. The sound quality is excellent, and the mic is a noticeable upgrade from what I’ve used in the past. One of my favorite features is the ability to still hear and respond to my phone while gaming—super convenient. The only downside for me is the lack of an option to mute chat over gameplay. That feature was what kept me using the Pulse 3D headset for so long. Still, overall, this is definitely an upgrade and well worth the switch.

Hands down one of the best headsets I’ve used over the past 6 years. Sound is great with being able to hear teammates while gaming.

I had to replace my other headphones, the 7X—a really great upgrade. I was hesitant due to the price, but these are a great-sounding pair of headphones. Having the battery backup makes it easier to keep playing without delay. Great with PS5 and even better on PC with the ability to tune.

If you are a gamer especially that plays competitive then you should get this…..wireless and bluetooth at the same time you can listen to music and even answer calls with it…especially swappable batteries so you don't have to worry about charging it with a cable all the time little con the ANC speakers sticks out a-little inside the ear muffs so it kinda irritates the ear a little.

The clarity and expansive sound that comes from these is amazing. I've tried many other brands of gaming headsets...i finally found the model i'm completely sold on. Have since purchased 3 other headsets for the rest of my family.

Sound quality is better than any other headset I have tried, the interface is convenient and easy to use. the swappable rechargeable battery solution finally got me to ditch cabled headsets and I have not looked back. if you're shopping for a headset and torn on whether to save a buck or spend one, definitely spring for these.

This headset is excellent for gaming. The 3D spatial audio is excellent. You will hear footsteps on COD and be ready. I gave it 4/5 due to 2 things: active noise cancellation is not as good as it shoud, and the price is pretty expensive for the headache it causes (not very comfy like Bose QC45 media headset). I wish if they would make it lighter in weight so it won’t cause headache

after using this product for about 5 weeks, comfort and sound quality are amazing, as they should be for the price point. they connect flawlessly via bluetooth to my laptop every time, and work perfectly for me when pairing with discord. my only wish is that the "beep" when turning the unit on an off were a little more distinguished.

Audio quality is good and the range is somewhat decent, but as soon as I walk outside my house (10 feet from my upstairs bedroom where the PC is located) I get bad static and noise. Also at random the dock that the headset connects to will restart cutting out all sound and microphone use for a few seconds before rebooting. Slightly annoying and haven't found a fix yet.

After about a week of using this, this headset has been a step up from my Logitech Pro X headset. The SteelSeries GG software and Sonar preset EQs are pretty good when switching profiles when playing different games. I primarily work from home and the quality when I'm on a conference call is really good, the ANC isn't the best but works enough to block out unwanted sound.

I can seemlessly switch between three devices, sound quality it great with both the mic and earphones.

I loved my Arctis Pro Wireless, and have been using them for several years. The right ear piece was starting to go out and was so happy to see a new upgraded version was released. These are nice because they have a better transparency/noise cancellation mode which the previous model did not. It it is also nice to have dual USB inputs so I can hook up my entire audio system without an issue. Overall Great Upgrade and Very Comfortable. Cons - Battery's are smaller in size and don't seem to sit into the headset or base station with as much ease as the previous model. I used to be able to do it without looking now I seem to have to pull them off to change the battery. Might just take practice but just a small dislike

I upgraded to these headphones from the Arctis 7’s that I had for 3+ yrs. They have great sound quality & are comfortable on my ears for short sessions. The only drawback is the leather-like cushion. They slide after longer sessions. I’m hoping Steel Series will make a cushion swap kit soon. In the meantime I play with hoodie on (doesn’t effect the sound much)

The best headset i have ever had. Its comfy its light it fits really well it the audio is really good. The mix amp has multiple setting's. The headset is supper easy to use.

Has worked exceptionally well and is very comfortable once broke in. Being able to exchange batteries has been wonderful and keeps you going when you run out of juice. The customizable through sonar has worked wonders and improved my immersive experience.

Great headset, it is comfortable, sound wise it’s pretty good you have to tweak it a bit to get the best out of the sound output if you’re using it on a PS5

Looked and shopped around for a new headset for months before deciding to pull the trigger on these. Couldn’t be happier they’re comfortable, light and the battery life is unreal
