Customers are saying

Customers recognize the product's strengths in sound quality, battery life, and comfort. Many appreciate the strong connectivity and software, as well as the lightweight design. Having had to swap through two pairs of these headphones and using the old Arctis Pro Wireless I can say Steelseries dropped the ball with this one. After setting everything up with their GG software and updating firmware plus setting up Sonar I can say the ANC is unusable. Once you turn it on it just makes a repetitive thudding sound and only stops when tapping the headset. Others on the official discord note the same issue. Avoid these if thats what you want. Otherwise great sound quality and comfort.

Better construction, longer lasting battery life, and improve audio make this a clear choice in the wireless gaming headset category. I highly recommend picking up some Wicked Cushion Earpads with the cooling gel for an even better feel

I previously owned the Arctis Pro Wireless, and if you’re a fan of those then you will love these. This headset has a everything I can ask for when it comes to upgrading from the previous model. The sonar software that you download with this headset is also perfect for gaming. The pre-set audio settings for each AAA game is a very nice feature to have. 10/10 I recommend

    1) I saw a lot of complaints about comfort. I do not have an issue. The felt part of the felt strap is removable so it can be adjusted. 2) For multiple systems you can attach blue tooth but for quality it needs to be plugged into the usb in the back of the hub it comes with. GREAT for streaming, If you keep your PC separate from your systems though you are not getting the full benefit for the multi inputs. 3) The selection, so many selections. The headset is actually 5 different sound sources that specialize in separate categories. Play a game, choose the gaming steal series headset, chat, choose the chat headset, watching tv, put on the entertainment headset on the PC. You can REALLY tell the difference. 4) Mic - I have a blue yeti so haven't used the mic yet. I am enjoying it and I feel the quality. Probably the best headset I have owned thus far.

These headphones give amazing sound quality. Very good directional sound with customizable equalizer for each game you play. So much easier to hear. These headphone don’t make me feel like I’m deaf like the arctis pros do. Con: mic quality doesn’t sound as good as the Arctis pros per what my friends say in discord. Sonar has to be active to use game/chat channel on the DAC. Sorry to all those that love any other spatial sound ap you will lose the ability to switch between channels. Despite these cons the sound quality makes up for it.

Amazing headset, sound is good, mic is decent. The mixer is the best part, sonar app is easy to use and you can mix all your audio. The Bluetooth does like to connect my phone even when the headset is off. So i have to remember to disable it

Amazing all around headset. Not THE best sound at the price point but still amazing. Incredibly versatile headphones with a decent mic and two batteries is great for long days. I also like the sonar software for messing around and tweaking on certain games.

Great sound, simply cant be beat for games like Escape from Tarkov and other shooters. Big downfall is the stock ear cups. Far too thin and get way too hot. Tweeter inside ear cup will rub on the inside of your ear. I got a set of cooling gel ones off amazon that totally fix the issue for $30. Would buy again!

I don’t know if I’ll ever by any less of a headset. Having the 2 battery system is money! I can just switch the battery on the fly and remain truly wireless and not miss any game time. Super comfortable with amazing sound and options on the desk control module. Would buy again

I’ve never had an issue with any steel series headset ive owned, the nova pro wireless is a very nice headset and the swapable rechargeable batteries is a very nice touch. The price on this headset still just feels to high, if you have the money it’s a great headset but there are way better values out there

Worked for me above all others tried, and I tried a lot of headphones. I was looking for particular needs. (Wireless, gaming, w/boom mic, noise canceling & also a way to control gaming volume vs. chat volume). So these checked all the boxes except with a couple things not as exactly as I would have hoped-for. The noise canceling is good but not great. Also, I was looking for headphones that provided dial controls, separately, one for game volume and one for chat volume. This one really doesn't provide that on the headset itself. It has one dial that controls game volume, but if you push the dial it then lets you set the balance between game vs chat volume... not exacly what I was looking for but there wasn't anything else out there which also met my other needs, especially noise canceling. Again, not the best noise canceling but good enough. They sound great and are very comfortable where I at times wear them for 6hrs at a time. Happy gaming and hope this review helps someone.
