They could definitely be better as of late I have been experiencing multiple connection issues but nonetheless they sound great and having the ability to hot swap batteries is a time and life saver

These replaced my Arctis Pro Wireless headset. They feel good on the head when wearing them. Battery life feels really good on the unit too. The active noise canceling is taking me a bit to get used to. If there is no sound while wearing the headphones, the pressure feels uncomfortable sometimes. This isnt a deal breaker tho imo. My biggest gripe/concern is no way to turn off the display while the pc is on so there is no OLED burn in. Maybe its fixed? Time will tell. I will say if i hadn't broke my old ones, or if there was a competitive version with swappable batteries that interfaced with my goxlr, i woul consider them if priced better.

Theyre honestly great and fit really well, take a bit getting used to but after that period they feel amazing.

I love these headphones. The sound is good. The mic is pretty clear. And having a second battery charging is amazing. Never have to plug in your headphones!

The headset is overall an improvement from the previous iteration. The inclusion of noise cancelling is great, and a welcome addition, however it seems like it might have been a mandatory one with as much background noise this headset seems to have with or without the mic feedback enabled. It is especially noticeable when connected to Bluetooth devices, where an audible hum and crackle can be heard at all times when no audio is actively playing. Annoying, but not something that I can say would write off the entire experience. Overall I’d say it is a solid headset with pretty excellent audio quality for PC.

I have had it for 7 months but out of nowhere the Mic stopped working out of nowhere, other than that good quality and durability.

One of the best headsets I have ever owned and will get another win this one dies, but I have only yet to have to change out the ear pads

I really tried to like these and gave them plenty of use time before deciding to return them for something else that is sold at this store that turned out to be so much better. Audio quality (My only reason for return): The best way to describe the audio quality on these is that these produce sound as if it's coming through a doorway on each side of your head. It's narrow. It does NOT produce a wide soundstage around you, no matter how much I messed with the EQ on these; it always sounded under-bass and over treble to the point that it actually hurt my ear-drums. The audio quality itself is great and clear, but there is absolutely no immersion or soundstage. EQ could not remedy this problem no matter how I tried to EQ it. It just sounds too narrow and underpowered, which is what I suspect can be attributed to the 40mm drivers when most competition now uses 50mm+. I'd say these would be better more music listening than for immersive gaming. The earcups are too shallow/small to be comfortable for me. My ears would hit the inside hard plastic no matter what placement I had. This is a minor issue. The build quality is great, I really liked how solid these felt. Overall, for gaming, I don't recommend these. Try them, try others, you'll hear what I'm talking about. (compared to turtle beach or razer)

I love this headset. Great sound and super comfortable. I love that i can connect it to 2 devices and just switch between them. Fantastic headset!

Most of my complaints are software related. The headset itself is amazing and sound quality is as expected of steelseries. That being said their software is not intuitive at all, requiring me to look how to set things multiple times. There's seven, SEVEN, different channels to setup and arrange. My brain feels like it's sorting spaghetti. And the fact you can't mute or turn off the back buttons beep. This beep is the single most annoying thing about this headset. It's not quiet or subtle at all, imagine being flashbanged in a dark room, but with sound. If I want to do anything with settings I just take the headset off.

Better than the arctis nova 7. It has its own charging station with extra battery which was nice. Very comfortable which is usually hard for me since I have a smaller head. Great sound.

These headphones are fantastic. I can hear so much clearer in my games than with my previous pair.

Sounds great. Perfect for gaming. A little tight around my head, but not too bad. Do need to download the app to get the best sound.

Definitely the best headphones I’ve ever owned and it’s cool to be able to hear my music from my phone and listen to game play at the same time. The clarity of the headphones is amazing. I would recommend my friends to get them and worth the price. Wish I would have gotten them a few years back.

Love these headphones!! The sound is fantastic and they come with an extra battery pack so you just swap them out when one gets low. The base has a slot so the extra battery can be charging.

the batteries being interchangeable makes it useful all day long while it being wireless lets me roam while listen to whatever i want

These headphones have made me so much better at gaming letting me hear about 3-4 times further than the cheap headphones i used to wear.

Excellent sound quality very immersive when in games love the ability to answer calls in the headset while in the game

I like this enough to own three sets of this headset. One for my husband, one for my PlayStation, and one for my PC. I don’t think I’ll purchase a different wireless headset.

I owned a Arctis 7s in the past for an outstanding 2 years. I switched to the Corsair Virtuoso SE and enjoyed them, but not nearly as much as a Steel Series headphones. I returned back to Steel Series with the Arctis Nova Pros and the performance is jaw-dropping. I have and always will be a supportive member for Steel Series as every headset they release improves on the last and favors the upmost in quality. Seriously the best headset I have used in my 15 years of gaming. Would recommend to anyone as the price tag is very well worth it. The added noise cancellation and button to simultaneously connect to a bluetooth device as well as maintain the audio output from your pc/preferred console is amazing. Thank you, Steel Series for this amazing product.
