Product not ready for release and horrific support

First impression was fantstic... good packing, quality gear (cables etc) and a comfortable fit. Got everything set up as instructed by the manual... great sound, good range etc. Installed their software to use all the bells and whistles.... updated the firmware.....and no sound. Headset got unpaired from the base. Could not get it to connect again. Went to their support page... no live chat so i submitted a troubleshooting ticket... typical automated response about 24-48 hours for someone to get back to me. Totally Unacceptable for a premium 350 dollar item. Found a live chat option from the sales facing part of the website... described my issue... a few minutes go by and the woman tells me they don't currently have the resources to troubleshoot this. I explain my annoyance and ask to speak to a supervisor. She then proceeds to tell me a supervisor cant help because they share the same resouces. Having worked in tech support and help desk years ago I took this to mean the following... this is a brand new product that was pushed out for sale before any scripts for troubleshooting were updated and pushed out to their customer support people. High likleyhood I will never buy any product from them ever again. Do not push a product to market before you are able to provide support... especially when following their instructions provide you with an expensive headphone and base shaped bricks.

They are Mid but pretty good

Compared to regular headphones 5/5. Out of high tec headphones 3/5. There's no chatmix for headphones, the mic design keeps the input curved outwards, plus the earphone hinges are still made out of plastic. I feel the earcup depth is not too keen either, it would securue the ears better if it was deeper. I'd most likely go back to my Asto 350 next time, but hey you get it for the price. Also a really cool feature of this one is the swappable battery you get. In general overall cool design.
