Amazing headphones , the quality is awesome great for gaming

Big improvement over my previous favorite headset - the Arctis 5. More bass, more comfort and more clarity. Steelseries software & drivers are ALWAYS a pain free, headache free experience as well. SS obviously thoroughly tests their stuff - can't say that about most of the competitors. I've been using the Steelseries Engine for years and it only improves - this is why I also purchased their Apex keyboard.

I unfortunately ended up returning this headset. The build quality is very nice on the headset and the comfort and fit is amazing. But unfortunately the sound quality was just lacking for me. I got better sound from a wireles Logitech G935 and that headset is quite a bit cheaper. I did everything I could to try and get this headset to work out for me but I just couldn’t. Perhaps I just suck at mixing lol. Maybe I got one that was messed up a little? Was just really lacking on bass as well and the 7.1 surround sound barely did anything for me. I did not mess with the microphone at all but i’m sure it’s not terrible.I truly wish I could’ve wrote this headset a 5 star review cause it looks and feels like it deserves one but the sound just killed it for me. I would maybe recommend this to somebody if the headset were to be on sale.

Great sound quality very comfortable and great fit

To start off these were a huge upgrade compared to my turtle beaches, I must say the sound quality for games is just immaculate. They have extremely detailed sound with plenty of bass without sounding muddy. The ONLY down side is that they’re wired instead of wireless, but it’s my fault for not paying close enough attention to the description.

I went through a few headsets to find what I needed and this is it!! It definitely fits my needs more then I expected. From the comfort to the sound!! Make sure you hook it to a PC to update it and turn on all the features! It’s great for the PS5 and Xbox Series X as well!

I wanted to wait to review these because of all the reviews that said they broke within the first few months of having them. I have not had any issues with them structurally, but I have had an issue or two as far as software compatibility and them deciding to just stop working all of the sudden. Besides that, they are beautiful and comfortable! Most headphones cause pressure on my ears that does not feel good after a while, but these don't. I received the error: "(Code 10){Operation Failed}The requested operation was unsuccessful." I tried reinstalling the drivers, messing with the USB controllers and others, but the only thing that worked was a clean Windows install. I had to do this regardless, but kept pushing off, thanks to exam monitoring software messing up my computer. That being said, it still was not that big of a deal and I was able to get them working properly after the clean install.

Got these bad bois on sale and got price matched for like 70$ during black friday. They are decent by themselves but sound fantastic with steelseries "Game DAC". Has a weird proprietary cord but comes with a "mobile" aux port adapter. Love the rgb and having the volume on my left ear above the mic toggler.
