I really like the comfort of these headphones. The build quality is excellent. Sound quality is great. The only problem that I have with them so far is the location of the volume wheel. Everytime I put the headphones on I always seem to hit it. However this is just a minor annoyance.

This headset gives amazing directional audio for competitive gaming, the comfort is unreal. I can wear them for multiple hours without an issue. If you’re purchasing for the RBG colors around the speaker bezel, be aware it only works with PC. Other than that this product is as advertised and more!

Absolutely the best gaming and PC headphones I've ever owned. Outstanding response frequencies, easy control for system vol and chat vol. Plugs into pc via USB or 3.5mm audio cable. SteelSeries are hands down the most comfortable headsets in the business.

Sound quality is simply superb. Fit is also very comfortable for long sessions. my only complaint is the quality of the mic. At first I thought it was 3rd party noise suppression that was causing my problems but after endless testing, I realize the mic is just not that great.

Overall the headphones are great Got them for my girlfriend who games on pc and she loves them. i also tried them on ps4 and they work great. Was upset that the day after i order them they had a 15% discount so that was a bummer and knocked my score down a star.

Once you understand how the equalizer works, you can make this headset sound amazing in any single scenario. Whether it’s movie watching, gaming, or listening to music. It’s a wonderful sounding headset. Plus the ski goggles head band is one of the most comfortable things I’ve ever felt. 10/10 IGN

$180 is a a lot of money to be spending on a headset but I’m very happy with these. People I usually play with instantly knew I had a new headset saying how clear my voice is. The sound with the right settings are really good and distinct. Best gaming headsets I’ve used so far.

Primarily used as a gaming headset. spatial and surround sound quality has been awesome and provides a truly immersive experience. Fits comfortable and feels solid despite being primarily constructed out of molded plastic.

This is a huge upgrade from my Steelseries Arctis 5. The quality is better and the padding on the headset is perfect. My ears would hurt after wearing my Arctis 5 for a long duration. But now, my ears are comfortable. I recommend buying these. Totally worth it.

First off, this headset is great for the price. The software is easy to use and makes customizing your headset very easy. The sound quality is great and the headset is overall worth the money. This headset is however, the only headset, or set of headphones, that is NOT ADJUSTABLE! I don't know about anyone else but I have a large head and these are just not working for me. It's too bad because outside of the small size, I really love these and it makes me sad to have to return them and look for something new. In summary, headset is great quality. Sound is awesome. If you have a big head you should not purchase these.

It was great for the price of the headset. Got it for Black Friday sell and the headset has really good features. The only think I would love to hear is more bass. But over all a really good headset.

I bought this headset to replace my failing Razor man o war headset set. The arctis pro are super comfortable and easily adjustable (I wear glasses so that's a must), sound quality blows the man o war away, the arctis pro software is an absolute breeze to use and if far more in depth than the razor software.

I've actually tried them all. All the USB gaming headsets available. This is the best one. Best combination of clarity and bass. The surround is perfect in games. I have one gripe, which I don't deduct a star for. If you use the retractable microphone regularly, it will eventually develop a wire problem inside. In my case of daily use, this occurred after about a year and a half. I've had 2 of these so far, and this problem was the same for both. I don't deduct a star for it because Best Buy's Geek Squad warranty makes replacement very simple. Just bring it back, grab a new one, and you're back to the best headset out there.

This set is so crisp with the audio. RGBs are a little played out so I dont mess with them but perfect audio quality. Can hear sounds Ive never heard in songs Ive listened to for a long time. Gaming on them is amazing in 7.1. Super comfy, adjustable and lots of settings to play with in windows.

Coming from the 3s, these are light years better especially with being able to customize the sound. There are reviews saying that they are kind of snug on head but they are not. I can wear this for hours and have no discomfort or my ears getting hot.

I have a hard time finding a headset that fits without sliding off. These fit the bill. They are comfy for long wear and decent sound. I use for work meetings and gaming nights. I also use with my phone frequently and it gets the job done nicely.

Love the sound quality, feels great after long use. From someone who has a problem with headsets being too tight the adjustable head set works just the way i need it. Everyone says i sound clearer and cuts out some of the background noises.

It’s durable and finely made. Won’t break easy and audio and bass are good. Mic works well as it should and friends are able to listen to me clear. Everything else is just a plus like the changing lights and nice look.
