Read/watched a lot of reviews before deciding on these. They're great! Surround sound works pretty well. If your're using a PC/laptop with a built in DAC you don't really need the Arctis Pro with the DAC, the headset hardware is the same. Super comfy too.

Really comfortable, Audio is great and comes with multiple adapters for people that play on PC Xbox and PS4.(Maybe Switch as well? I don’t have it) On PC if you have the Steel series driver installed you can adjust the Base and the RGB as well, pretty cool bonus points.

Very comfortable and for a reasonable price. The noise isolation is great and the fact that you can retract the mic is quite useful. I can wear these with glasses for a while without them hurting my head which is nice. The RGB is a plus.

Got this headset for the wife. I have the Arctis pro with gamedac. This headset is spectacular. The sound quality is amazing, the added headband helps for comfortable wear over long periods, and the quality is great!

The audio quality is fantastic on this headset. I didn't realize how bad music sounded on my previous headset until I used this (Corsair VOID Pro, wired). Feedback from colleagues at work indicate that the microphone quality is also as good or better than my previous headset. The microphone itself is pretty stiff - meaning you'll usually have to wrestle with it to get it to stay in the position you want it to. It is also a little short. The ear muffs and headband are definitely comfortable. Some things I don't like: -the dial that controls game versus chat audio; interesting concept, but it would be more useful if the control was in-line on the cord that connects to the headset itself, versus a little pad that sets on your desk. -the stiff mic; I'm sure it will be more cooperative as I break it in, but it is frustrating having to fight with it to get it in position after each time stowing it away

These are great, easy to use, comfortable to wear. Its a bit confusing for me with the audio control knob can be turned from game to chat and I have a hard time figuring out my audio settings on the computer because of this. Another person may LOVE this feature. Sometimes I'm thinking its not working and start messing with the settings just to find out I have the knob turned the wrong direction (game vs chat). AND the only other reason I did not give a 5 start rating is because I bought this mostly due to other reviews stating it was comfortable with glasses. And they are better than my other set, but it still puts too much pressure on my glasses and makes the side of my head/ear hurt after extended use. Great set though! I'm not returning these! (note: I use these for work, not gaming)

I am very happy with the sound quality and surround sound quality emulating a 7.1 system with DTS-X. The Bass is very good without being overwhelming and the sound has a great range from high to low. It works perfectly with every Windows game I have tried.

I use this headset, and my girlfriend is getting into gaming and I am buying this for her because I know it is a great headset, I like how easy it is to move my gaming and chat volume.

Great headset! Best one I’ve had so far. Just a little confusing on how to work the software that supports steelseries gear at first. Other than that. Get these!

Very good gaming headphones. They are extremely comfortable probably the best thing about them. The sound quality is pretty good and the microphone quality is pretty good as well if you are looking for a microphone/headphone combo this is a great choice

I have had these headphones for a few years now. They are easily the best headphones I have ever owned. I really like the steel headband that holds up to wear and tear.

Defiantly reccomend 10/10 my boyfriend has had many other headphones and none compare. High definition quality. Clear sounds. Perfect for gaming & bass is great for music. Great for video games or just listening to your favorite songs on pc.

Great headset, very comfortable, its loud! Easy to set up with nice software and a good equalizer. I really like how comfortable it is. I had the astro a40 tr and the sound seemed so hollow. These sound full good bass great for hearing footsteps also

One of the Best wired Headset I ever owned. The headphones are so comfortable you forget you have them on. The microphone is awesome and slick design, perfectly located in front of your mouth and flexible to move around. Highly recommend it

My old headphones died after a decade+ of gaming, and were in need of a replacement. These were the first pair I tried, and I absolutely LOVED the sound profile! My issue, which was the reason for my return, was the headband wasn't large enough for my head. They don't adjust like a typical headset, and it's to the detriment of the product, b/c I'd still own them if they would've fit properly. I tried them on in store, and didn't think there would be a problem, but after about 20 mins of gaming, I realized they wouldn't work out. I still can't dock the product in my rating, b/c they sounded amazing... and if SteelSeries ever makes a proper headband for their big-headed demographic, I'll gladly go pick them up.

I love the sound and how the wires are not the longest but they’re perfect for my setup. The ear cushions feel amazing but after awhile kinda sore on left ear. So big ears people try it out in store. But would buy again.

I love these, I have had them for a good year and they are still working great. RGB is dewy, and able to be changed with the SteelSeries engine. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for clear, loud sound.

Enjoyed this set so much I rebought when my first pair broke. Only complaint is that my friend has had two as well and all three of ours failed in the exact same spot.

Pretty straightforward to use. Quality is well worth the price and the materials seem incredibly sturdy. If you're looking for something a mid priced headphones and aren't an audiophile then this is the right one for you.

Excellent sound and easy setup. The app is pretty straight-forward to use and the headset is very comfortable. I haven't used the mic or mixer controls that much, the few tests I did sounded good.
